Our favourite cake shop, now a favourite fine dining place as well...their cakes are the best in town....now with the gourmet, they have a very nice variety for dining for family and kids....we liked their steak and pasta varieties really well...food presentation also really nice...

Its a nice cafe if you are looking for a cozy place to meet up a friend or just to enjoy their food along Al Qusais. They serve great array of pastries, bread & cakes. Good food & snacks are available in the menu. My personal favorite is the Trio Platter with their garlic cream. Food is always big in portion and I like the way they plate and present the food. Coffee and other beverages are also available. The first time I went here was in December, it was festive and the ambiance is just wonderful. Since then I kept coming back.

Been going to Bakemart since 2013 for breakfast. They have made significant changes to their menu , the staff isnt as friendly as before and overall the food is still good. The value for money over the years has reduced but i would still say if you are wondering where to go in Al Qusais for breakfast it is pretty good.

Tried the mango mousse cake. The cake had a good texture and the cream was very delicious. The cake was also very fresh. Worth the amount spent.

Amazing cafe to try out different cakes and pastries. There are loads of them leaving you confused which to try. I had chocolate eclairs (4/5) and Black Forest (5/5). I liked the latter very much and realised how great this common cake can get. They also serve English breakfast and other meals too.

The shop is well maintained and has a good ambience. The cakes kept on display are a work of art which not only looks appetising but also tastes awesome.

The cakes are delicious. The mango mousse cake was perfect. Great advise provided by the staff on the perfect time the cake would take to thaw. They have excellent continental breakfast options too. Highly recommended for cakes, pastries and fresh breads.

The new breakfast menu is really gourmet and authentic. Staff are very kind and helpful. The indoor environment nicely complements the type of food you get here which is just perfect for a early morning breakfast or lunch and dinner.I had come here for the breakfast and it was absolutely amazing. Great way to start the day!!

If you want something unique then this is your place. A new turn on some of the classic cakes were always having. The lunch/dinner menu is a great addition and is pretty good food!

Outside seating is also available.+ Very beautiful and aesthetic interiors creating a nice ambience.+ Large variety of baked products are available including the cakes with the flavour of your choice.+ Even serves egg-less cakes for those who prefer vegetarian diet.+ The product display is great which helps in deciding the food/ cake to order.+ This place is enrolled for Uber Eats and BOTIMPRIME (dine-in only).- Very less variety for egg-less cakes.- On weekend parking can be a concern so you might need to walk.

I wont recommend the pizza it was too dry and the base was not great. But the cakes and other baked items are awesome. Mango moose cake is just awesome. Staff is nice and friendly

Place to be, whether you are alone or have a company. Coffee talks or hunger pangs, Bakemart is the place to be. Have been just once, but in awe of the experience. A 9/10 over what we ordered, 10/10 on hospitality, and 10/10 on the feel of the place. The place is spacious and cakey. Will see you again, soon 😍

Wow. The new Bakemart is breathtaking! Wow!The store looks like a classy bakery. Its just mind blowing how they have expanded from little less than a year. Wow. Brilliant!The only downside is that the cakes have become way expensive!But still taste good!Still wow.

Located in Qusais, Bakemart Plus is now Bakemart Gourmet. We used to be regular visitors of Bakemart before conversion due to their taste and pricing. The new Bakemart Gourmet definitely has improved tremendously as the interiors now look like a very Urban Cafe.It has huge space now and even a room dedicated to cakes. Everything from Kiddie cakes to wedding cakes is displayed inside with some true craftsmanship. Several types of gourmet bread are also available.We tried several pastries like Mango Mousse, Chocolate ganache, and Strawberry cheese. They came in a very nice packing! The taste was almost similar but the prices jumped by more than 50%. All the pastries are either AED 16 or AED 20 which earlier use to be less than AED 8. Prices for cakes has also been hiked! Not sure if this was a smart move considering its location!

Best Confectionery shop across Dubai, cost is also reasonable. Never had a bad experience with the team so far. Friendly atmosphere, nice ambience, fresh food, quality and neatness. Visited ghusais shop, parking available infront of shop too.

One of the best shop for cakes in Dubai. Mango mousse n Kifaya are our all time favourite from their stores. Recently tried the new edition Cloud cake. It was good but no match to Kifaya n Mango Mousse. The staff in Al Quasis branch are very friendly n kind.

We ordered the most common breakfast dish.We waited for 60 minutes exact (one hour) and the food is still not arrived.

Excellent ambience, peaceful and not crowded. Pastriies are awesome. We tried Kifaya and Mango mousse, both are really good. Car parking is a real challenge in this place.

Love the cakes and brunches....I always have cravings for Red Velvet Cake and Bakemart have the best Red Velvet cake.....

We bought the tiramisu cake from the Bakemart Qusais branch last night. It was an extremely disappointing experience as the quality of the cake was terrible. Weve been purchasing cakes from this store for all special occasions for years now and it was one of our favourite store and this was the first time weve had such a terrible experience. It was mostly filled with whipped cream and barely had any cake.The quality has been drastically compromised.

Never had a let down till date. Mango mooz and kifaya are the best. Bit expensive.Below cake is Chocolate Donach. (Spelling might be different lol). But taste was amazing...

Nice would be an understatement of how good the restaurant and bakery is! The french toast is one of the best I have had in my life and their freshly made brioche bread is out of this world.Customer service is great too!

Being the only dine in customer took them 10 mins to get me the menu, this is the second time this happiness. The worst customer service I have experienced. And when talked about it they were in shock that I am upset like it was a normal thing to keep customer waiting for the menu if that is the case then how Will the food take. Great food bad customer service.

We had a fabulous breakfast with Bakemart. The food are so yummy and the staff are very friendly.

Poor customer service at Al Quais branch marred the experience, otherwise pastries and bread are all high quality. They never seems to have the two more popular items, Kulafi pastry and strawberry cheesecake. Customers are often asked to wait up to 45 minutes for above items.

Love their limited gourmet menu especially when they do 1+1 Free on all weekdays until 2300 Hrs. Love their Kifaya, burst of all fresh fruit flavors & their passion fruit mojito is really refreshing.

Not very large but can accommodate a reasonable number of customers they have many types of cakes and breads also you can have breakfast lunch and dinner there its worth to try and they have wifi

*BE CAREFUL OF BAKEMART PROMOTION*I just came back from Bakemart. The waitress encouraged me to get another meal* for free and she showed me the most expensive. She said its for free because of promotion. When i went to pay, i paid the highest meal first* ( which the waitress encouraged me to choose and said it was free ). I spoke to the supervisor, she said the waitress is new, she doesnt know and actually thats how it is. This is a disgustful marketing strategy used by Bakemart... making you believe its free when you are paying for it ! I go to bakemart at least once a week, I used to like bakemart but the service keeps getting low and they are behaving like a scammer

It was OK place. The richness of the cakes are not in the same likes as Pauls or other gourmet patisseries, however the prices seem to be.

Surely a mist place to go to get the best cakes in town. Have bought their cakes in multiple occasions. My personal favourite is mango mousse, capachino, red velvet. Have parking space, also have a breakfast menu. Staff is friendly and courteous, sometimes very aloof.

The cake is good. But the service at this branch not at all satisfactory. Unprofessional attitude from their staff. We ordered 8 new year cake. They had offered discount of 10%. As an advance we paid half of the order value. When we went for collection and final payment, they told the 10% discount is applicable only on the balance amount payable and not on the total value of purchase. Further they didnt provide the bag for cake as promised. Since the cake is good I would like everyone to be careful when dealing with their staff.

Starting from their customer service interaction on whatsapp was zero they took 2 days to reply even after reading the messages.After calling the store and hanging around here and there as was given another number to whatsapp and call it was very frustrating just to come to know on the end that their delivery takes 48 to 72 hours.Zero customer service efficiency.Nevertheless didnt order but went there personally to buy some croissants and pastry but to my surprise there was only one poece of croissant left and few bread pieces.The whole store was empty, after enquiring they said the arent making anything much in these days.

Truly gourmet food in small packages. The desserts are amazing. The mango mousse is to die for. Good variety of fresh juices and snacks. Some fresh bakery items on the racks to take away including cookies, bread and cakes. Also served are a few delectable dishes for lunch / dinner. Great ambiance in Qusais branch and friendly staff. Need to try the good range of breakfast options on offer. A little hard on the wallet but well worth the quality of what goes into your mouth.

Im a very old customer and this used to be my favorite cake shop, not anymore. They raised prices ridiculously of the same cakes just after a shop make over. If you want to raise prices this much maybe you should change your offerings for a start, you are not dealing with ignorant customers. Mango cake from 85 dhs/kg to 110 dhs/kg, single slices used to be at 12 dhs then 15 dhs, and now 18 dhs and 22 dhs. Other premium cakes raised from about 110 dhs /kg to 185 dhs.Never have I witnessed such increase of prices for the exact same product. I just wanted to order a shape cake which I used to order all the time it had a minimum of 3 kg per order, they just told me its a minimum of 5 kg and its non negotiable! I didnt even bother to ask about the price because im sure its also raised ridiculously.They just entered another category with their pricing for the same cake quality, and there are many better cake shops at these prices around town.Im very disappointed and they just lost me as a customer. Im even upset I have to give them 1 star for a rating, maybe google should provide the option of 0 stars.

Amazing cakes and light food. I love their coffees, fresh juices and backed goods. Plenty of parking up front. A high quality bakery is a rarity in that industrial area.

Good for cakes. But service need to be improved. The staffs are not at all polite.While selecting these staffs do rush us unnecessarly as if we are buying from their pocket money. Always they dont have change for cash buyers and request for cards.

I used to love this place, but last two experience were not so great...cake was too sweet...and they didnt have any cream based pastery that my girlfriend likes and were dismissive about our request...we went to Occasions and were pleasently surprised with price,quality and assortment

Dament there cakes are out this world delicious, you must try there kefaya cake mango mouse and chapatino cake, i dont know how they do it but perfection everytime, there bread is also amazing, but ya its a pricey place , way to pricey but hay spoil yourself sometimes, totally recomend there cake for birthdays, everyone will sake you from where is this piece of art 😊
