A nice ambiance for hangouts, shisha and coffee. The food and coffee are great but the service is really not up to the expectations. The waiters dont talk or welcome you, they just take the order without uttering a single word, barely answering our questions or communicating.

Cosy and offers delicious food. This place is a great destination for hookah (shisha) lovers. The ambience, the service and the prices are all within a great range.They offer a large variety of dishes, mainly middle eastern, but you wont get disappointed even if you dont like the Middle Eastern cuisine. There are plenty of other international options.The A/C was very cold, and we asked the waiters to do something. They couldnt fix it, but I think I can recommend you to stay away from the sofas right behind the reception. Its the worst place for service and A/C. My favourite drink is the Avocado dorado, I highly recommend to try it.

We were there today for lunch as the other restaurant we wanted to go to had no free table. Unfortunately service and food quality where not good. We ordered a house platter as starter which was served with the main dish instead of starter. Water we ordered came in the bottle without glass or straw. The sandwiches were ice cold as if they came ready made out of the fridge. Halloumi was burned black and half of the platter fall off when it was served which the waiter didn’t not correct and not apologize for. Also we were sitting on a table near to the kitchen were they have simply put all the used plates next to the door instead of bringing them to the kitchen for cleaning. Have of the stuff was sitting behind the counter at the end of the room doing nothing but playing with there phones and on the table next us was a Nanny with 5 kids eating sandwiches they brought from the Subway in the mall. Very strange place.

This place has it all. You can smoke your Shisha and eat your food. They have separate place in the shopping souk thats attached to the restaurant for non smoking so you can bring kids. The portions are a good size and everything is delicious good job guys

No reservation over the phone and suddenly they tell you that they cant take you because you didnt make a reservation on a Monday!!!! Monday is the only day that you need to make a reservation, Sir she said.. but we cant accept you...OMG!!! The restaurant has a very nice ambience and decor. Some of the staff are a little unwelcoming and cold, which was off-putting to start.The sheesha is decent for the price, which is not what I can say for the food and drink.The prices for a majority of the dishes are unreasonable.I mean, 24 Dirhams for a cup of Tea???? Bonkers.

The Hot spot in the Springs Community since it opened.With a wide menu of food and beverage selections, you cant go wrong with any selected item as all tasty and delicious.Shisha is also served there and good quality.Parking is available at both sides of the mall.Reservation is recommended as the place is always busy.

I went to the Spring Souk branch...The foods was just great! Flavors amazing, the presentation is just stunning! They have arabic and middle eastern dishes with a special twist to make the meal more interesting! I loved the foods there !The Lotus toast is a must!Tabouleh, sheish tawook sandwish so good.

It is a very nice place. Their food was amazingly great. The only problem is that you are surrounded by shisha. So if you are not a shisha smoker I think this is going to bother you.

Very nice cafe, the staff is friendly and helpful, good variety in the menu, we tested the salad they where fresh and delicious. The Turkish also very good and nicely presented.I recommend them to install few screens so we can be able to watch football games as well.

Located in the Spring Souk . Xenia Cafe is a new discovery for us. Basically Mediterranean cuisine with some international choices. Xenia is divided into 3 areas. 2 are dedicated for Shisha lovers who love to eat One is an outdoor area for when the weather is great and the indoor area that also allows Shisha. The third area is accessible from the main Spring Souk and allows diners a choice for diners to enjoy a smoke free atmosphere while enjoying their delectable choices on the menu. We had the Soup lentil with a little twist and most of the appetizers and the mixed grill offering. Service is prompt and friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Xenia for its well designed restaurant providing a very inviting and comfortable ambiance. Well done

The cafe is cosy and nice. You can bring your laptop and work from there in the morning but it may get louder towards the late afternoon.

Cute little Arabian cafe in Springs Souk serving up some high quality Middle Eastern dishes at very reasonable prices. Most tables were reserved and everyone already there was smoking shisha. There’s a large projector screen to watch sports plus they have games including tawla. I’d highly recommend the kunafa prawns & lamb shokaf.

My favorite Shisha Cafe spot in Dubai for weekdays. Dont think about coming in on Thursday and Friday night without a reservation. It has a cool vibe from its interior design, chairs are comfortable to sit on for hours.Their grilled haloumi is my go to for snack. Very bad experienceThey opened the smoking section but closed non smoking section and we had to leave because we had a child with us ! How is this possible!!!Restaurant penalised us for being non smokers and having a kid.Not recommend at all.

Waters are rude, they will try to take your palte before you finish, they wont get your order till you wait 40 miniyes, then yout food will come cold and heated in microwave..worst experience since ling time in Dubai

A good coffee shop and restaurant, the stuff is friendly, their food, coffee and sweets were very delicious, good decorations, there are two shops one inside the mall (non smoking) and another one outside the mall (Smoking) with outdoor tables and indoor tables. they serve shesha also, a wide range of sandwiches and meals like mixed grills with french fries.
