Nice ambiance, delicious food. This one at IBN Batuta Mall (china gate entrance), place for Arabic break fast, lunch, dinner, and Speesha too. Decent menu with a lot of options, also the place with inside and outer seating, ideal place for for spending evenings, weekends...looong hours, chatting, sheesha and so on. Service was quick. Some of the staff members were not so cordial, and if one can ignore that part, rest is ok.

I love sitting outside in this cafe. They have a good menu and quality food. In addition to the food their drinks are great and shisha is solid. The staff are friendly too. I haven’t had anything on the menu that I didn’t like. Their cheese dumplings with watermelon are delicious.

Located in Ibne Battuta Mall great place to hangout i tried Peach Mint Shisha it was good and ordered Mix Grill with Mutabil it was soo yummy i really liked the food and ambiance, staff was friendly i really love this place.

Was here with my family for iftar, one of my best experiences so far. Food was good but moreover the manager Islam made the iftar memorable for us. He was so good and helpful and made us feel comfortable and took care of all guests with a smile on his face. Xenia should be lucky to have such an amazing person who caters to the needs of his customers so well unlike their other branch at spring souk. Xenia ibn batuta is the place for food and sheesha. Thank you to all staff and specifically to Islam.

One of the few places where you can smoke almost anywhere in the restaurant. The prices are pretty reasonable and the food is delicious. No waiting time during the day but it does get quite busy in the evening, and of course weekends are entirely crazy. The staff are friendly and the service is quick. Good sheeshah. The place is perfect for early breakfast with friends, work or study.

I will consider myself a regular visitor to this place... usually visiting every 2-3 weeks. I visited the café located in Ibn Batuta mall after a hiatus of 2 months due i.e. post COVID lock-down. The food was good as always. But I have always enjoyed their Sheesha. This time around though the SHEESHA was LOUSY.. I ordered Mint sheesha but it had a weird taste/flavor... Asked the guys a couple of times to fix it but all they did was change the coal quantity. Not happy this time around... perhaps time to search for a new relaxing hangout place...

The cafe is okay in general, the atmosphere is boring and the prices are high compared to other cafes in the area (Ibn Batuta Mall, JebelAli)
