Beautiful place and lovely cafe! We paid a visit for drinks and enjoyed our experience. Great ice and hot cappuccino, fresh juice and the best thing we ordered was the salted caramel Spanish Latte. Very refreshing especially with Dubai’s summer! We had a helpful host who did his best to accommodate our request. It’s definitely worth a visit!

Cosy place at the isle, in the middle of the restaurant space on the first floor, just near to Starbucks.The place is maid for the Instagram: it looks like the photo zone, with all the flowers, I love Dubai sign and marble tables and cutlery. The food is also very beautiful, colourful and bright. The cool fact is - it is also very tasty and creative. On top of that, coffee is top notch. So by the look of it - a pink place made to take selfies, but actually a great place to have a healthy breakfast. Will be back to have some more!

This was the first Saya Cafe branch I went to. It is located in the middle of Nakheel Mall. Unlike their other branches, this one is kinda small but so pretty! The place is so pretty and so relaxing even if its an open restaurant where you can see all the people in the mall passing by. We ordered this brownie which super sweet, I guess they just need to put less sugar on it. Their signature smoothies are the best! We got oreo and the biscoff.The staffs are so accommodating and so friendly. They made us more relaxed and enjoyed the place.Highly recommended!

Always enjoyable experience at all the branches. The best lattes and coffees, best desserts, everything is really good and with a good value for price.

Indeed Saya Cafe is a unique and pleasant place to visit with loved ones. It was my choice for our wedding anniversary and I am glad it was well worth it. The decor is lovely. Various selfie points inside the restaurant is a delight. Food is great with a good variety, decent quantity and good quality. Pricing on the menu seems expensive but totally worth the experience. Staff is friendly. They could be more responsive and proactive to customer needs. I had to call out a few times. But I am not complaining as overall we had a good time. Level 1 seating too is lovely in this cool weather. Thank you for making our special moment memorable. Recomend to try Chicken Dynamite, Classic cheesy burger and Rose Lemonade drink.

I have been to City Walk a few times, but, it was the first visit to this Saya cafe branch, it was a delight. Quite a big cafe, it also has an upstairs. No matter where you sit, you can enjoy the floral, funky, decor.I had a pink everything day!From the Rose Spanish latte, pink balloon, beetroot hummus avocado toast, it was all yummy.The decor is quirky, a cheery place, nice hosts too.

If you love pink, this place is for you🥰😘

Absolutely delicious food , very cute decor and very polite n helpful staff . A special word of appreciation to the staff Mr.Ram & Ms.Diane who were very courteous.The food is freshly made and attention to detail is clearly visible in plating.The lotus pancake was the star of the show being absolutely lip smacking 😋

Cafe looks good but there is no availability of staff. I had to walk up to the cashiers desk everytime I wanted something because I couldnt find anyone to help me with my request!

The food was good!! But we had an inconvenience that we asked the coffees with soy and almond milk… they gave it to us with regular milk.. and they charge it anyway!! 😥😥

We had breakfast in Saya Cafe the food was delicious with a twist. Maybe they need to add some gluten free options. The location is so cute in Nakheel Mall and we had a great time. It would be also be great if they can write if the food is gluten free dairy free sugar free or includes any of them.

Nice place to grab a refreshing items and sugar your appetite. The main issue is the prices as nearly most of the cafe in this luxury mall. Still you can visit it from time to time without regret.

Very nice ambiance. Staff is very professional and polite. Quick service. Location is a bit tricking- inside the mall and basically in an open space which makes it hard to miss once you are near the cafe. The pink decoration is everywhere. We were completely alone at 9am when we got there, but oj our way out the cafe was starting to get more customers. I liked the pink food and drinks (wherever possible they were offering pink items:). They have other branches too and I am planning to visit them too. Prices are fine for this upscale mall on the Palm.

Very good latte. You can also try rose latte. The staff is very kind and the quality of the service is good.

We been to Saya cafe at Palm Jumeirah the Pointe, the ambiance is so beautiful and perfect to take pictures. Everyone was very welcoming, Pinco and Enrico were amazing sorry i forgot the names of some. This place is perfect for birthday celebrations and friends love taking photos :)

Really bad packaging for an order of this high value. They blamed the driver for this. However, sadly not acceptable to deliver a breakfast after an hour+ in this fashion.

The manager in the branch in nakheel mall is still living pre covid times apparentlyWhen there are stickers between tables stating that you can’t sit there, it’s there for a reason. However, this manager wouldn’t mind removing the respective stickers to seat a large group irrespective whether they become closer to other tables or not.Simply lack of common sense..

One of the most cutey instagrammable spot in Nakheel Mall was this cafe. I just cant wait to go back once pandemic is done. All the vibes represents a girl pink vibes. You must come and visit one day.

The truth is, the first time I tried Halcovy in the new Nakheel Mall and it was a great experience ..The decor of the shop is made of pink, with hanging roses suitable for photography.We tried the date cake, and it was really delicious ..The cappuccino is amazing, to be honest.The place is worth the experience

Essen optisch gut, aber der Geschmack war deutlich schlechter als erwartet. Stühle waren schmutzig.
