The ambience is as marvellous as the location. Also I enjoyed the technique in which you go to the cashier to pay and place your order. However, you can look at the menu wherever you’re seated. It’s a nice experience that doesn’t commonly occur.Their breakfast menu is as lovely as the view. It is delicious and adored. Endless photo angles you have 😍There is a good amount of customers that walk in from time to time. It is kind of crowded and kind of empty.

What a beautiful place and friendly people.If you are in City walk doing your shoping, stop by Urth and have your Organic coffee :-) We had some of the nice cakes and cookies with strong espresso. You will me amazed with many details that is included in interior. Will come back for sure ...

The food is good however service is not at the best.

They do accept the entertainer. And they have vegan options. I ordered the burger with gluten free bun! The issue with the gluten free bun is that it is too dense and heavy! Somehow it gives me a heavy feeling after eating it. I really recommend changing the bun to a less dense type. They seats outside but sometimes it noisy as it’s very close to a Main Street. The salads are amazing: they also can customise them to be vegan and gluten free.

Been to the ones in LA many many times but dare I say I like this location much more!!!! Great kind staff and delicious food. Got the caravan salad with kale and quinoa and the portion was huge and fresh. Everything was flavourful and I really enjoyed it. Will be back!

Very nice and cozy place at City Walk! I urge you to try Italian cappuccino and honey cake! Cake is really big, its enough for even two people 😍 Many healthy options for breakfast. Staff is very friendly and careful for details 😊 By the way delivery is also available.

Just went for afternoon tea so cant really comment on anything but the tea and the desserts and the homemade lemonade. All top notch. Next time maybe some lunch.

It’s my first waffle and matcha latte experience here in Urth Caffe and *dam* I am impressed. Before anything else, I have to compliment how nice and welcoming their staff are. The moment I walked inside, all of them have a big smile on their faces and the place really felt home-y. Plus I was really pampered by them. pleaaaase they are so sweet.9/10 Classic Belgian Waffle10/10 Japanese matcha latte7/10 Parmesan FriesThe waffle was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside and went beautifully with the mixed fruit and syrup. The japanese latte tea was creamy, smooth, and “urthy”. It felt so wrong to drink it because I dont want to ruin its perfectly formed art 😭 I didn’t like the chips much but the chili sweet sauce that came with is superb. Their food portion’s hefty you can share it with someone.

Fourth trip in 4 years to this incredible cafe’. The service continues to be incredible, even with new covid measures.Cafe is clean and staff all wear masks and gloves. Hand sanitiser on every table and serving area.I enjoyed a large (yes almost like a bowl) oat latte along with the buttermilk pancakes. Served in great time and piping hot, this really is one to visit!

Went twice on this trip because it was conveniently located within walking distance to my hotel. Service was good and the French Toast, although ot doesnt look it, was perfectly made. The Chocolate Shake was amazing as well but the grillee cheese was pretty avarage.

Great food but the service is not superb. They have the concept of ordering and paying at the counter yourself which is fine but most of the time there is only one person taking the order and if the phone rings for take away, she makes you wait while she finishes the phone call order. Not even apologizing or anything. Maybe the management should put more staff at the counter and one dedicated to takeaway and phone orders

Absolutely loved the ambience and the amazing selection of desserts! We had the pistachio tiramisu which was a first for us and it was just deeliciousss! I also loved the fact that they had a wide selection of teas..which u can mix to come up with your perfect blend! We chose the divine spice tea which paired perfectly well with our dessert! Would love to go back and try their food as well!

One bad apple really can spoil the bunch. This place had everyone going for it, a warm ambiance, fantastic food and great beverages. This was all spoiled by the manager’s rude demeanor. I will spare your the details of my encounter, but I urge management to really look into this. This single encounter ruining an otherwise good experience.

Best milk tea I’ve ever taste😘💛

My sister tried the Thai Tea and she loved it, (she has a sweet tooth). I had the black tea and loved it. Boba pearls here are superior. The picante pizza was amazing, and to top it all off, the atmosphere made me feel comforted and at home. MUST VISIT.

Surely when youre with company, it wont bother you because you will also be loud 😋Food⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Food is definitely the best thing about this place. And whats more impressive is that the quality, taste, and quantity is exactly the same every time I visit. I know, I know.. I should try other dishes but well, the Urth Quesadilla and The Cottage dish is always a must!Service⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Service never fails as well every time we visit! Food was good.I didnt like two things:1. Escorting guests to the tables was not well managed. big tables with 6 seats were occupied by couples. While we were 5 guests had no other chance but to be escorted to a small table.2. We had to go to the cashier ourselves to place the order and pay in advance.

Great to make it back to an Urth, hadn’t been since I moved away from LA! Great boba and grilled chicken with pesto sandwich. We came at lunch time during the week and no one was there so the service was quick! Much different experience than in LA where you’d wait at least 30 minutes just to order!

Try the green tea (matcha) boba!! I get mine vegan by ordering it over ice (the blended version has dairy ice cream) and substitute the condensed milk for vanilla syrup. (Or just tell them you want it vegan and theyll make those adjustments by default). Such a massive serving, perfect study/work drink!
