Useless customers service. They will be online on talabat, u order food just to learn after while that the kitchen is not even opened. So bye bye, stay hungry..., happened many times...

Below Average Cafe in every way ...Visited this cafe today from 3-6 PM to do some work and have a cup of coffee. The plus is that its close to the Tram station...200m to be precise. Unfortunately thats where the cafe goodness stops. The main entrance is the smoking section of the cafe which seemed dirty, there were cigarette butts on the floor in the corner next to my table. It took awhile to get a waitress to come to me. I then moved to the non smoking section where none of the plug points worked. The staff were more concerned with talking to each other than customers. The coffee was good but 23 dhs for a latte and Dhs 19 for an americano is pushing it! Lentil soup was 25 dhs which was also steep considering this not an upscale venue. The toilets were dirty and leaking all over the floor in a puddle which was kinda gross. Management needs to seriously step in and clean this place up (literally) and also in terms of service. With all the cafes in Dubai and their not so reasonable prices , this venue doesnt offer value for money according to any criteria in my humble opinion. The good news is that all these are easy fixable if the owner cares to do so. Good luck and I hope this helps improve your service but its unlikely I would visit again.

The Media Lounge is a very spacious cafe which has a very relaxing feel to it. Prefer going here in the evenings post 8:00pm when the office crowd has gone back home leaving this place sort of empty and peaceful to enjoy a good Mint Sheesha and Moraccan Tea! Very good experience

Great ambience and the view of the city is awesome! The service is good here but they are a prejudice. Your skin colour plays a very important role here. If you are white you do get a first class treatment right from the valet parking to getting a table. But if you are not then I am sorry to say.. you will have a tough time.

Disgusting place, zero hygiene, the place is a mess, the couches are a disaster and the place is riddled with flies, inside and out. Id never in my life go there again

Extremely good shisha and nice staff... Inside can be more accommodating to women alone like a cordoned area or separate seating because we had to sit outside as too many men inside. Great food. Will go back if weather cools. Not on an hot evening.

I go there all the time. Totally in love with the linguine chicken Alfredo pasta with its rich creamy sauce. And, since I am not a smoker, smoke free deli side comes in handy!

If you are tired working then you may go down the lane and have a lunch or sheesha. Not so much variety in lunch yet have of the food items were not avilable. Sheesha quality is good and price is feasible keeping in mind the locality. Average ambience. Parking can be slightly an issue.

One of the best Shisha places

One of the best place to have a meeting in Dubai Media City with vallet parking which is covered for free up to 2 hours. Food is good and coffee is great. Enjoy 10% employee discount from my company.

Perfect cafe to chill or watch soccer games

Only tried a coconut cappuccino there, it was horrible. They brought another one, but was as awful as the first. Apparently the food is good, and they are friendly.... But I didnt stay.

Bwe book for 25 pax business lunch .. they got panic when 25 people order . And no starter got after main course and service level is every low ..

The food here was unexpectedly excellent..I was very pleasantly surprised when my order came; a Half Grilled Chicken plate and Aromatic Chicken with Mushroom Sauce.Both tasted almost exactly as I would envision them to be done and better in fact..The service can be vastly improved though; there was no one attending us when we came in looking for a suitable place to sit, and even during our visit we were trying to catch someones attention to order, etc..The atmosphere is slightly darkish and notably dense in terms of air, even in the non-smoking section..Overall, the food trumped over the other stuff and made me open-heartedly praise my late lunch.. I hope to come back soon with a friend or two..

Good food and shisha at reasonable price. Service staff are also helpful and friendly. Could be crowded at lunch time, but other than that it is usually fine.

Ambiance was good

The place was empty and although I asked for a quick turnaround as I had a meeting in 45 minutes, I had to ask for the bill to pay the juice and cancel the food as they were not able to deliver before I left. Disappointed.

Lovely place to hangout for some good Shisha and food. The place was packed early evening on one of weekdays . Along with our Shisha we had truffle fries and chicken fingers for starters . Chicken fingers were good , truffle fries were average . In salads we had quinoa super bowl which was excellent . In the mains we tried well done beef steak with mashed potatoes which was good too . For the drinks it was Energy kick which was blueberry, banana and honey based drink which was excellent too . The service was good , lively crowd and ambience

Tried the iftar buffet today for 79 Aed such a disappointing one ! Its ramdan so dont want to balme the food but totally overrated place with cold food! Service I will rate 3/10.

The Media Lounge is a cozy restaurant/cafe located at the Concord tower, the Media city opposite OSN building in Dubai. Their food is a delightful mixture of Italian & Lebanese cuisine. Their menu offers a rich variety of mouthwatering dishes for all different tastes. I am a big fan of their pasta, mixed grill, and carrot cake. They also offer a variety of healthy options which is helpful when one is trying to watch their weight. The atmosphere is nice and friendly. Their staff is cheerful. The food is always served hot and fresh. It is by far the best restaurant in town. I recommend it for outings with family & friends and business meeting in the morning they have presentation screens with remotes-quite impressive. They also have fun board games to enjoy with friends. Laslty their prices are very reasonable and really good given the quality they provide. Keep it up TML - An enriching experience in all aspects.

Its a pity that the afterglow of the delicious food was destroyed.Again, I had meat tonight.Will the assorted meats be steamed and then cooked? It was very tender and delicious. 🥓🍗🥩
