This was such a disappointment..we waited for month in anticipation of the cool new cafe and we got a glorified vending machine that is not even good (there are much better vending machine espressos).And what makes it worse is that its way overpriced and tasteless.This was the worst iced tea and espresso (you can get a way better quality from canned supermarket stuff)A real waste of time and money

Below expectations. Expected something like in Japan. Or at least that robots would cook something trivial.But in fact, its just a fridge with cakes, coffee machine and few robotic hands that grab and put items on delivery robots that look same as robot vaccum cleaner.tea is served as paper cup and teabag. tastes good.Blueberry cheesecake tastes good, small portion.Cappuccino wasnt good for me.Price is like in Starbucks.

New and interesting concept. Coffee was good, but robots were Awesome! Cute and adorable :)A little lengthy when you watch it but it’s actually pretty decent! We got our 2 orders of coffee delivered by a mini robo in 5 minutes and 30 seconds! So even if you don’t have much time you can enjoy their performance and oh their dance was entertaining and funny!

We had a very great time at Robo cafe. On my daughters birthday, the team played birthday song and gave complimentary cake 🍰. The cake was super tasty and service was excellent. Thanks to the manager and staff 😌

This is personal ... technology can do a lot but nothing can change and when people working from morning till evening for their bread and butter and still they never forget to smile while serving. Hats off technology but all heart for humans at work. Its an added flavor to be part of a chapter of someones life.

I give it 5 stars. Robots serve you nicely. The staff are nice and professional, they celebrated my sons birthday when I just told them about it. Robots dancing on birthday songs are awesome.

Now this is one of a kind experience in Dubai, a must try, ill give it q 5 star because of the new style & excellent service, the robots can dance btw, ask about it

Robo cafe’ is situated in Dubsi festival city next to the entrance of the promenade. Robo cafe’ is made with robots for serving your food. Their seating arrangement is very luxury and descent. We can enjoy our food by seeing the robotic dance. We can celebrate wedding anniversary, birthday etc by playing the music and robot will dance.

Ordered:1. juice (carrot, orange, lemon, green apple and pineapple; 20% each) [31 AED]2. Cappuccino [20 AED]It was a different experience. Only robots dealt with you but there were humans to help you in case you needed anything.Ordered through an electronic device and card payment was only accepted (including Apple Pay).If I was to give a price for the drinks; the cappuccino is worth no more than 12 AED and the juice not more than 18 AED.I liked how you can make the juice to your liking with the percentage of each fruit as you desire, but it doesn’t mean it is worth 31 AED.The drinks are very basic and overpriced.The place was nicely done and you can see the robots as they prepare your drink or get your food. There were three robots. One for the food and water. The second for the juice. The third for the coffee.I admire that they separated the robots for each task but they are all slow especially the serving robot(s).I’d say it is a great technology but is lacking in many areas.One admirable thing is the robots (chef robots) dance when there is music. Their dance is funny and admirable.

Robots are supposed to make items cheaper but here the prices are higher. Limited dining options. Robots are serving ready made sandwiches for meals.

4 stars because I didnt try their beverages. But I was absolutely amazed to see something like this. The way that robo is making juice, pouring it into a glass then placing it on a serving table and finally washing the mug was something exciting to watch. My family enjoyed watching it. I believe their beverages are also good.

This is a gentle reminder that machine takeover is not happening anytime soon. the robot arms were fast but their reach was limited, a few steps off and youre practically safe. Although they could probably throw things at you but their supply is very limited.The roombas have more reach but theyre pretty slow and if you stand on them youd have the higher grounds.Their dances seemed over-rehearsed and a child with polio would probably out-dance them.I got the toast turkey but their service was pretty slow considering all they did was microwave it.food had little varity and if you order the tea youd only get a cup of hot water and a tea bag, which i like, cuz you get to control how heavy/thick it is.the experince is only good for documentation but you can still watch/film it standing outside withought ordering.their turkey toast sandwich was average or slightly above (although i dont eat much turkey) but it was very oily and I had to put a tissue over it to soak out the oil.the black tea was black tea.you cant order something else until your first order arrives.p.s: use your finger tip to tap the touch screen (rather than using the finger pad).Conclusion: its fine if you want the memory, otherwise meh.many thanks to the human staff, lovely people and I wish them all the best in life.

Its new innovation to have a robo cafe, however they require to better the quality of coffee. Tried their snacks is nice but not so fresh ... its a beginning... hope to see more options with better quality ... place vibe is bit kiddish but its fun to see robots dance ... best of luck 😍👍

Very Futuristic: Fully Robotic service coffee shop in festival City. You sit and order using a built in tablet, watch your drinks getting prepared with big robotic arms and then placed on a mobile tray that hoovers on the serving station to come straight to you. nice & fun, makes kids wonder and ask many questions and yet for us it was an experience. I see a future for this.

This place is catching a lot of kids attention))) And robots can dance 💃💃 just ask the staffs to do it for you.

Interesting and different. You place your order via a tablet, pay with a credit card, and watch your order being prepared and served by robots. It sounds fitting of our current coronavirus pandemic. I would recommend to have the option to place orders through the individual mobiles. I didnt feel comfortable touching the same screen many before me have used.

A good new coffee experience. Where you choose what you want from specific drinks with fixed options from the screen and you pay and then one of the 3 robots will move to prepare the coffee by using the regular coffee preparation device found in most stores at gas stations and puts the ready cup on another delivery robot that moves when preparing four cups to The cup location is near the push screen at your chair. Good experience but a bit slow.
