Delicious hot chocolate. I had the dark hot chocolate with banana and caramel (it didnt really taste like banana and caramel). It was thick and very sweet. The serving size is very generous.

This is a very nice place that I have tried.I like the menu and the selection of drinks is very good. The quality of food is excellent as well. Location is very quiet and helps conducting meetings.

The staff were amazing, especially Don with Superb customer service. he is very nice and accommodating.

Two stars for two reasons, first the Egyptiin waitr is full of negative energy! He even didnt know about the Skywards everyday app! Second, the glass they brought was not clean and has a bad smell! Coffee and desserts were nice.

The chocolate cake is good I recommend you trying it out its call the Pyramid. Its a cake base with mousse and cake crumbs I guess, hehehe, but it taste good... The coffee is good as well.

We tried Arabic coffee which came with dates and their new raspberry cream cheese chocolate cake. Everything was delicious.Cant wait to try their breakfast!

Original Belgian chocolate cafe where they mix the taste of Belgian chocolate with variety of coffee selection ,Spanish late is recommended its a very tasty cold drink ,They have another innovative drink coffee Afogato but unfortunately they were out of vanilla ice cream ?! They offer variety of signature desert ,Its located in the new extension of Dubai mall ,Prices are ok not so expensive .

For me best chocolate desserts selection. Especially on the Pointe where you can bring kids, they can jump around and watch Fountain, while you can drink your coffee in peace :)

Good Cafe but the location, a kiosk rather than a proper bricks and mortar shop, is beneath the brand. It was also very disappointing not to receive a piece of Guylian chocolate on the side.

Long time of waiting. Nobody asked for my orders. There seems to be a racial discrimination. Informed the server and the supervisor, was arrogant and was raising his voice. And i told him that he was raising his voice and he said that he will not disturb me again and he got angry with me. Very poor management skills. Im not coming back to this restaurant.

Disappointed! We ordered strawberry and dip, we got a plate of 3 thin sliced strawberries to dip?And bombe au chocolat felt like it was sitting for a minute. 😣 However the waitress was kind enough to swap the bombe au chocolat for another dessert, chosen by the manager. 😑

I was there yesterday, I ordered waffle with milk chocolate and vanilla ice cream all tasted yummy. Americano was also niceI felt very welcoming and appreciated thanks a lotMy only comment is on the waffle, it was very crunchy and easily breaking to my taste! Fruits were nice and fresh

Beautiful and quiet cafe in Fashion Avenue, my order was hot milk with milk and my friend ordered hot milk with almonds.The taste is very tasty and suitable for the current atmosphere. The chairs are comfortable and the staff are quick and very respectful. I would recommend it 9/10.
