The service is just too bad and the staff are rude. Even management is not cooperative. Coffee is tasteless. Games are not allowed even.On top of everything they brought us the wrong order and argued that it was our fault.Definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The food is horrible, and a very small menu, the shisha itself was also mediocre.They also dont care about the basic decency, was there for a euro match and they turned off the lights and tv and kicked everyone out at 1am even though the match was still on.We had gone there especially for the match ordered a lot of food aswell, but all went to waste because we assumed we were gonna stay there till the match ends.After they kicked most people out they turned on the TV again for their special guests while we were kept outside and were forced to watch the final 35 minutes of the match from the outside while peeking through their windows.Horrible management and cooks, the shisha makers are also nothing special. Dont waste your money here just go to KANA much better.

We are daily customers of the place, they suddenly decided to have a minimum charge of 75 dhs per person and told us we have to agree before sitting, which we did not like. In normality we usually order for around that much per person, but this is a business that chose to lose a daily recurring customer who brings recurring revenue daily for a one time shot few dirhams of revenue, terrible way to treat a daily customer.

Shisha is good and service was superb. Food quality is average but acceptable for a shisha cafe. Can get a little smoky when crowded but not too bad.

Very bad at the reception. The way you treat your guests is not fair. There is no space for some and you do create space for others !!! Strange behavior

Very Bad Staff, slow service, food is not tasty, cold meat, bad shisha and when we asked the staff to fix the shisha they said u have to pay for another one since you ordered it, called us lairs, ruined our hang out and we left the cafe. The manager was so rude that he almost wanted to start yelling for asking to fix the shisha. 0/5 never going back there ever.

This place is great for card games hangouts...not really a great place to have a bite or have a drink.The ambience of the place is warm but nothing special in it.Their shisha taste is average priced at 49 DHS and it gets really smokey in here!Their service is great as they have an electronic system where you can bring the attention of the waiter without any embarrassment.

The place doesnt allow vaping here. You can bring your own cigarettes or smoke their pricy shisha . But if you are trying to enjoy time and save your lungs . Thats not possible.Food quality is very basic . Their home made burger patty had very less meat. Alot of soya which made it very chewy

Bad service

Went there late to watch a match. Good shisha. Very attentive staff and they all have a smile on their face. Tried some basic drinks and they were good. Did not try any of the food but the plates moving around us looked good. Nice ambiance. The car park was crowded and traffic wardens circulate the area fishing for tickets so take care.
