I think most of the offices are closed. Finding the entrance is big challenge if you are coming for the first time you r might going to miss it.Very limited visitor parking.

If you are reading my message you are lucky, please don’t think to make any business with Schon Business Park, they will betray you slowly slowly in systematic approach from step once you buy, decorate, .......till you got heart attack and fed up.There is no civil defense in the building you can’t issue trade license or make any activity unless you make a new deal with same group of betrayers to sort out your accumulated problems, add on that you may find that DEWA can’t be connected as well as your distribution panel has no reference in diagram!

If you want to waste your money invest with Schon, you will be surrounded with group of looters appears in suites and speaking in professional way, once you got trapped you will never get out, bought one unit there after payment we came to know its sold to another party!!!!

This building is in poor state and looks abandoned from inside and outside. No body seems to be interested to rent/buy unit in it. This just confirms the low standards of Schon Group, bad management, bad reputation and bad ethics in conducting their business. I advise everyone not make business with them.

This group is big time cheat and miss manage group. Not able to complete any of their project, since 2007. To bad so many people are stuck with there hard earn money with them from last 10 years. No one is solving this issue.
