Elite business center building . Two towers for commercial and residential each. On sheikh Zayed road with multiple business on site, couple of restaurants like puranmal . One parking facility tower attached behind the residential tower. High rise tower. NBK bank is located at ground floor.

Good but because of renovation on ground floor not good impression on first visit apart from this good

Latifa Tower is a 45-storey mixed-use building in Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.Construction began in 2006 and was completed by 2012.From Latifa Tower it takes roughly nine minutes to drive to Dubai Mall, 21 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, 19 minutes to Burj Al Arab and 24 minutes to The Walk JBR.Dubai International Airport (DXB) is roughly 14 minutes drive and the new Al Maktoum International Airport is roughly 47 minutes drive. Sushi nation restaurant located in this tower. Its my third time I visited this restaurant. It used to be much better. Quality of food has reduced notably.

A very organized Tower

Latifa Tower has got very important offices for many companies, a coffee shop Tim Hortons and a restaurant Elevation Burger I addition to dry ice cream counter.The Tower has got a good entrance and security desk. Very clean and good parking facility around.

Its a business tower, always working. There are restaurants and groceries down the building. They have fast dedicated lifts which go to specific towers and floors so need to understand before entering the lifts. Security and reception will might help in case youre visiting. Outside paid parking is available 10aed per hour for visitors.
