Nice building in a hood on demand location. Business spaces are fair. The lifts are separate for lower and higher floors which makes it’s convenient. Parking for this building must be hidden as it lacks Lear guidance to it. Even if it’s paid parking it should be accessible though.The public areas are clean and the general ambiance is just fineI however had the worst experience with security guard ( one Nepali lady) who claimed she knew each one of the thousands of staff working in the building so she ran a thorough scrutiny in me alone. When I asked how long she has been working there in the building reception she said it’s been three days obviously was racial profiling.To the security in Single business should select a more decent and confident person if racial profiling is a must. I expect a person who can put her sentences together to screen me alone out of over fifty people waiting for the lift. Was pathetic. You security should do better!!!!!

The tower has 42 floors, housing lots of Corporate offices and businesses. Its towering 🗼 compactly in the Business Bay Area of Dubai.

Nice business tower, helpful reception, prayer room available for both male and female, with suitable facilities. Clean and quite upon my visit last Friday.

I got Very bad experience.. in 7th floor, office no-701 there is Taha property or AG Investments, They have apartments in Al khail heights..They are fraud, thay not returning tenants deposit money..

Very nice & beautiful business tower in Business Bay. I like it so much. But i put 4 stars because of parking issue- very difficult to find parking for someone who comes to visit. The best solution- to park the car down of bridge and walk for 3-4 min till the tower.

Worked there for 4 years. The location is good but now the tower is in between 2 sites: a lot of trucks, busses, construction vehicles and no parking place around. The tower itself is good enough, not too crowded and with friendly security.
