I had a very horrible experience. Recently I bought 2 coupons from one of their deals and they deducted my money but did not send the email with the receipt. I am very very angry with their services. While going to their website it shows a 403 error and I cannot get in touch with their customer number nor their support website. It is just a downright pathetic service from Groupon. I request someone to reach out and help me in this.

Ive only used the Groupon App/Website for deals and have never had issues redeeming my vouchers to date. Their customer service is very responsive and refunds are processed as promised. Will continue to use Groupon to save and enjoy local deals.

Hi,I am a regular customer of groupon and previously I wrote a good review about your services. Yesterdqy we purchased an iftar deal for 8 people at al dana restaurant at 5 star sahara beach resort. It turned out to be utter disappointment and embarrassment. It is worse than a 2 star restaurant. Stinky corridors, cold food, no SOPs, rude and insufficient staff. All made it the worst experience at groupon. Please take notice of such restaurants who are making fool of people. This standard has shaken your credibility as well. Our guests didnt eat any thing .since its Ramadan so there was no choice at that time. They took very little just to break the fast. Please take an action against such restaurants who give fake info about their standards. 5 star should mean 5 star. Also compensate us with a refund or any possible reconciliationI am looking for your email address but couldnt find one.

Bought a groupon for a restaurant yesterday and called to confirm today. I was told that the deal with Groupon ended on the 25thof Aug 2020, and they are still featuring the deal as of today. You guys are pathetic and incompetent. One of the most disgusting deal sites in the UAE and this was not the first time Ive experienced something like this. GEt your act together instead of proving how much savings you made. You make nightmare experiences... Disgusting. Try to reach them is another nightmare.

Beware!! We bought a Groupon in Feb and due to Covid and the hotel closures we were promised to be able to use the vouchers until October. We even booked online early October and received a confirmation email.Coming to the outlet however, we were told that they stopped accepting vouchers long ago and informed Groupon (who are actually still selling the same offer online!!)No chance getting in touch with groupon, emails return and entering the voucher no. In their request web page shows wron no.Beware people, this looks like a big SCAM.Im open to amend my comment here, should Groupon have indeed the decency to get in touch with me.

THE WORST ONLINE APP I have ever dealt with.If you have any trouble with the voucher or the voucher provider their solution will be (we apologise/ we are sorry) that’s it, whatever your problem is and whatever you discuss with them they will just tell you we apologise.I contacted them through live chats 4 times and through emails but with no avail.

I had an issue and needed a refund and called them. Ms Jessica in customer service was very helpful. She was very patient and understanding. Sent me follow up emails and my issue was successfully solved and refund processed. Really good job.

Seems nearly impossible to get hold of an agent ,as there is no live chat in the App,particularly over weekends (including Saturdays).Be aware that there are no refunds possible unless requested within 7 days of purchasing a Groupon.Ridiculous policy.

After purchasing a voucher worth 405 AED, they ran my payment twice without my AUTHORIZATION! Instead of getting a discount, they billed me twice of what I was supposed to pay. And before they finally have processed my voucher, my order was on pending status for days. I had to communicate thru their chat support 4 times for days and was promised that in 2 hours, 30 mins., etc. that my issue will be resolved. Their chat support never helped me. I had to call their hotline to get it done. Horrible experience that was!

If i had a chance not to put a star, i would have. the issue is not with the services, or the shops dealing with them, but with the credibility of the site and its payment gateway!! its very serious as. my two cards got compromised, and had to pay a fee to the bank to have it blocked and changed. i had mailed to Groupon, and all i got was a lousy guy answering back, as if it is a very silly mistake. guys, wakeup, or it will be too late, especially in an age where all like to deal with safe and secure payments online. really awful experience

If only I could put a zero on this, very bad experience, 2 days ago I purchase a coupon for holiday stay in Auris Hotel, they already charge from card. Before buying the coupon I called the hotel to confirm and yes they said its the promo. Purchased 2 coupons then emailed the hotel for confirmation after 2 hours I called hotel to follow up and the reservation agent said they have to get back to me because theres something wrong the promo. Hotel wont honor the coupon because theres a mistake. And groupon sent me an email yesterday saying that they will refund my money because there was technical glitch on the promotion, refund will take 5-7 days. In all honestly its not really the money, They ruin my familys holiday. They said sorry and that its bye...I am the one suffering for their mistakes. Its a nightmare I will never patronize this company again!!!!!

Purchased a few vouchers got charged as I received a text message followed by an email saying sorry but unable to process my order. Are you freaking kidding me? Phone calls are not answered plus you don’t work weekends? What kind of customer service is this? You should be able to work 24/7 for your customers as this issue happened on a WEEKEND! I’ll make sure I will report this issue to customer rights! This is unacceptable!!!

Item ordered on 8 Dec. Not delivered on 23 Dec. Where is it?Customer service telephone number is unattainable.Customer service email unanswered.Frustrating experience. I used them once before and could not return a faulty item. The delivery person will charge you dh 20 for delivery even if it is 3 weeks late.I usually give any company two chances. Groupon, you have had yours I wont be using your services again.

Not very helpful when there is an issue with a deal. The purpose of Groupon id to have special discounts but after purchasing a deal about food delivery, i realised there was actually no discount as they offered the same rate at the restaurant itself. I have been buying vouchers from Groupon for nearly 2 years and so far I have not encounter any problem with them. Great offers all the time. However, I would highly recommend not buying Goods from letsbecool who is the retailer who sell the goods on their website. Things are not the same as advertised. Quality is low and they dont refund or even give voucher instead. Problem they have no direct contact except through groupon who can do nothing to help.

Al razi general maintenance contracting are the movers we booked through groupon . These people are worst mover they took 12 hrs to shift a 1 bed room flat . They do not know how to pack things and broke all my stuff . The worst decision of my life to book them . The have no experience in moving things and have a very bad attitude. They are not professionals do not book them. They even did not fix my bed properly . I paid them 1000 Aed for waste. I had to call in another carpenter to fix my bed and wardrobe and had to shell out another 400 bucks . PLEASE AVOID THEM .

Bought a voucher for Makerspace and when I wanted to redeem it, I was told that 95% of all the stuff I can use there needs training which costs an additional 400 AED (voucher cost 169 AED). When I bought the deal this was not mentioned anywhere and the website for Makerspace was not live when they sold the deal so I couldnt know it then. Groupon doesnt want to issue a refund, so I cannot recommend getting any voucher for them unless you want to be surprised and pay on top of whatever you bought!

DISGUSTING SERVICE!!! i have spent THOUSANDS on 7 coupons, the coupons were emailed to me and were showing on my profile under My purchases. I even used one of the coupons the same day i bought them, it worked fine. This morning i then went onto my groupon to contact the other merchants and set up appointments. When i log on ALL my new vouchers have disappeared!!!!! i then had to print them from the emails i got of the vouchers. I go to the salon give my voucher and get totally embarrassed!!!!! the salons system said my voucher was invalid. I am so beyond livid!!! you can take my money... then give me problems when i wanna use what i paid for!!! Now... on the same email address that i receive all my groupons on i get an email to that address informing me i dont have a groupon account and asking if i want to join????? The only vouchers showing on my profile this morning were a couple oldies i have used already last month, desert safaris i booked. Now .... i dont even have a groupon profile or account at all. how insane is this?? like are you guys wanting to look like a crooked company or look like a gimmick????

Do not try to believe all of the written before you buy any coupon. Call and make sure that all the written information is correct. Twice I bought a coupon and it was not correct, and almost a month I bought to retrieve the last coupon to no avail
