Executive Bay consist of two towers A and B , A is residential and B for officesl, the location is good but unfortunately no parking for visitors and offices staff.

Nice place for residents, good property and services of Damac, view of race course and also the beautiful garden and the lake which is known for the two hearts in the middle. fully loaded with a premium facilities like swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi, sauna bath, steam bath, which is quite rare in the other buildings in Dubai.

Nice building for family best one

Clean and new building that is only 2 years of age. Residents here are very friendly and the amenities from swimming pool to the gym, sauna and steam shower are well maintained. Only drawback would be the very sensible fire alarm system which is on 90% of the times as a false alarm. Two small markets are available downstairs and have most of the important stuff.

Residential building community. Location is very ideal. I dont say best location in dubai I believe I am not wrong and most of the people will agree. Bcz its just near to Dubai mall. IKEA, Ace hardware. Airport is 20 min drive or less.Building have all facilities like swimming pool, gym, 24 hour security, CCTV camera, indoor parking.Apartments are not spacious and view is amazing to lake side and burj Khalifa view.Being a resident I will not say lucky people bcz their is lots of construction machinery working around you noisy atmosphere.Have a pleasant stay and enjoy. Keep smiling.

Facilities are one of a kind, with jacuzzi and Burj Khalifa overlooking pool, views are also nice. Perfect location.
