The index tower has most beautiful views overlooking to burj khalifa & sea view.

One of the tallest building in DIFC. Its 80 floor mixed residential and office building about 80 floors. Its has a mall inside building and water falls from about 3 floors to ground floor and pools that cover almost all the base of building. Its designed to be very energy efficient building.

Ranks top of the list of the most arduous places to enter in all of Dubai. Avoid at best. Take a survival pack and a map along if you just venture in. Good luck parking.

The building looks amazing, something out of Sci-Fi. The dual elevator system to get to the residence levels are a pain. The apartment fit outs are budget, rushed, not clearly thought out, and clearly done to cut costs. Hardly any power sockets anywhere, bland disinfectant smelling corridors, and sound proofing between the apartments is poor. Couldve been much better.

Excellent apartment! Polite staff: always help and wish a good evening. There are two levels of private parking. Lifts react very quickly. Everywhere is always clean, garbage is cleaned regularly. It looks very nice in the evening: the water shimmers in the reflections of the backlight. Stylish, modern, comfortable building. The most classy apartments overlooking the Burj Khalifa and skyscrapers. From the balcony you can see the lights of Dubai Mall. The best place to go after your work day! I recommend!

Worst location ever ! Google maps isn’t even clear how to get to main entrance

Be silly Indian receptionist at West Tower entrance. Should teach staff some manners. Staff doesnt know their office tenants. Management not up to mark

Its name creates confusion for visitors as it is a kind of mall. Its location is simply perfect but exposure is not up to mark.

Awesome views from the balcony

One of the newest and nicest office complexes in Dubai. Connected to Gate Village and all the DIFC amenities by an air conditioned, enclosed walkway. Lots of parking, great communal spaces and water features.

This tower should work on their service elevator. Always crowded and wait of almost 40 minutes in busy time. At the Covid-19 time the lifts are over crowded. They should provide more lifts for deliveries.

Index tower in the heart of DIFC a tall clean and well maintained building. Tight security system. The apartments are stunning for business and residential. Very close to the Dubai Mall and downtown Dubai. The thing I really appreciate is the elevators are great and vast corridors and as mentioned above the apartments are beautiful.

I am disopointed with my last two visit ..the scurity lady officrr in west office tower was very rude ..i should not write more bcz of the lady but management should take care of these people ..She should b helpfull for people .not dictate the peoples..

I live here now for 8 months, its a great place - staff are friendly, building always well maintained. Only disadvantage is the construction happening outside and lack of shops in the building, but otherwise I really like living here.

Hate a building which requires two lifts to her anywhere. Appts are sterile

Good location, only 1 cafe down the bldg. walking distance to Dubai mall. Parking fee is 50dhs for 9hrs. Residential and commercial bldg.

Good new clean business building also has a little cafe doing salads and small meals near the first building

If their is a - star option i would like to give.. this is one of the worst tower ever in dubai i ever vist.. i do visit so many towers in dubai but this is the worst ever tower in dubai.. the access and exit is not good.. if someone their to delivery for goods their no proper service area and the security is arrogant... Hope i will not visit this tower again...

The area is under construction and it’s exceptionally difficult to find parking. The inside though is exceptional.
