It’s located in a very prime location in Dubai, the building is home to many good and reputed companies in Dubai. It’s not just this building but whole area and even surrounding buildings that, the parking is sometimes a nightmare. All area is A category RTA parking only but it’s always occupied almost all the spots even in the mosque parkings. Recently however I noticed the availability is more and it’s easy to find a parking. Maybe it’s peaks times that parking might be an issue but now a days it’s better than before.

Its a so so, its sa bit far from metro station.

It’s almost in the centre of tecom hosting offices of Amlak and several other private entities. The in-house facilities include printing shop and a coffee shop. There are plenty of options in the surroundings for eating but the only challenge is that the building doesn’t have any visitors parking so one needs to find parking on the road side which becomes a challenge during the weekdays

Lifts are way too busy during office start and finish timings. You have to wait for 20 to 30 minutes on average. Many offices are located in this tower. 10 minutes walk from Dubai Internet City Metro station.

Certainly a low-key place with a small showroom but apparently a better stocked inventory. Came to buy a Roomba and by chance they had the model I was looking for and it was sold to me at a better price than online thanks to a temporary promo.Will come again in the future for more tech and automated gear!

Very bad to see that they have traded and exploited one of my friend by selling Amazon Alexa in Abu Dhabi for which the Amazon application is not available in UAE on the play store.....Why these guys need to digital market a product when that product is unable to be used in that country... Is not to exploit or cheat the customer...any ways to solve it or reimburse the money help my friend .....
