Though its a business area... But the building is amazing and so magnificent... Dubai is a beautiful place to visit.

Its very nice and clean building there is also prayer room rest room thts why i like that... its corner building but prblm is tht near have construction and visitor parking is available but each hour 5 dirhams....

Excellent Swimming Pool! Well maintained with the best view of new Dubai

Whoever wants to visit this place please be aware that there is no parking available near by. U have to park inside for AED 5/ hour. Even u enter inside the parking- all slots having reserved signs for particular offices. So, myself after rounding inside & waste time by finding not assigned parking- i just parked at any empty slot, even there was mentioned some office number.

Wonderful office tower also has parking for visitors at a small fee , Shelters Real Estate is also in this tower on 22nd floor which a good reputable and honest brokers in Dubai, the tower itself has Gym and pool facility and the office has good views of Burj Khalifa.

Good building but the parking is paid as a guest I dont like it but overall its ok.
