Its good but nothing so stunning or must-to-do. You can be there for a walk during a cloudy weather or evening time as most of the areas are open. You can enjoy some creative piece of arts while you take a walk. Huge covered parking space is available which is free for now. You can take a view of Burj Khalifa and do some photography of unique designs around.

The Block - a park, a calming spot on the waterfront with amazing views of Downtown skyline. Beautifully laid out with skatepark, basketball court, table tennis tables, climbing walls, a cafe that allows customers free use of electric scooters.Art on the walks, interesting spinning stools to sit on, 3D portraits and a magnificent view of the Burj and Dubai’s mesmerising skyline.Depending on what you are looking for the D3 is lined with many co working spaces, artists warehouse type of retails stores, few bars, restaurants and cafes. There is an interesting sculpture in the entrance which has 2 different faces and the sliced view comprised in a single sculpture. Must Visit ❤️🌻💯

Exciting place to visit, explore the whole d3 especially The Block. Its fun to go there especially with family & friends. Also, there is an access to take the RTA offerred services to explore the Canal.🌻🌴🌅

Another one of Dubais business districts, this one dealing with designers of all sorts. Some major architectural firms have offices here. Stylish and well laid out like much of Dubais new areas.

Very confused place for who visit for first time - but the place is great, one of the best places to visit and work at as well.

Too much out of main road.Could miss the exit if not used map navigation. Internal road are bit confusing and congested
