Great place, great views, had to account for parking, the option to park in the Dubai mall is good, nevertheless, you need to know your way around on where to park, walk, and exit

We have situated in Boulevard Plaza, Tower 1. You can see the all sides of downtown Dubai, Burj Khalifa from here. We will highly recommend this location to everyone if you are looking for office location in Dubai.

Building best location

Hard to find a public parking nearby. If we need to go to attend an event or to meet someone, building parking is expensive. Better park in Dubai mall & use the mall bridge to reach the tower.

Easy access, good parking.

Imagine hoinh to meet someone and having to wait for parking your car.Eventually you find a parking area only to find out they charge AED 20 per hour !And u have a 3 hr meeting 3 times a week !- you are doomed !
