New British themed pub just opened on The Palm, Dubai. Kitted out more like a Mayfair Gentlemans Club. Hoegaarden on draught, Spanish football on the huge telly , and a massive selection of expensive Cuban cigars. The beef stew with Guinness gravy and little Shallots, baked in a big Yorkie pudd , in a cast iron skillet , was excellent. Fullers London Pride on tap, daily darts nights and the big Essex geezers drinking at the bar made it feel like Spitalfields....
