Nice location, beautiful grounds, good ambience in the brasserie. The food was good and the coffee was very good.However, the service wasnt great - they could have been a little more proactive.But the bigger issue were the flies... we spent most of the lunch swatting them away from out plate, even though we were indoors.

I visited this place twice in a span of a week, both times the staff were helpful and kind to us. We just noticed that food takes sometimes to be prepared. The food and coffee in general is very good. I recommend this place for small groups. The larger the group is, the more youll wait until everyone gets their dish.

The food quality and menu options is very good. The house tends to be busy on evenings and during weekends, so it is best to book in advance to reserve a table with a nice view.The overall ambiance is nice, but sounds bounce around quite a bit, and it feels noisy if youre there for longer than an hour or so.. If the weather permits setting outside, then thats not a problem.

Perfect brunch place!The menu is large, the drinks (non-alcoholic) are delicious and after 12pm you can order beer. They even serve guiness which is a nice change from the Stella and Heineken mainstream.The Açaí was delicious and the Greek skillet looked great too.

Its a nice restaurant/bar by the beautiful golf course. The prices are a bit on the high side but overall the food quality is great and the portions are generous.

Sadly this place is pretty underwhelming, lovely views of the golf course but unfortunately its just not up to Dubai standards.I ordered the vegan roast, most of what was on the plate was just OK but the main vegan beetroot roast had a very bitter taste and the seasoning was so poor I didnt eat it. As a chef myself and a newly turned vegetarian/vegan I do feel for establishments who are trying to keep up with the trend, but come on guys, Ive had some mind-blowing vegan food in Dubai and this is just so sub par.Putting that aside (because veggie roasts can be hit and miss generally) the service was also really slow and of a low standard, one of our beef roasts was forgotten which meant 5 of us sat there eating while one of the party waited and there was hardly any explanation or apology offered. Were very fair, understanding people so none of us would have complained but it does leave you with a sour taste in your mouth. We didnt stay for dessert sadly or have any more drinks, they just havent got it quite right at Hillhouse Brasserie.

I love this place! The tables are fairly in their right sizes and properly distanced with each other, the view was spectacular! If you choose to sit outside, you can see the golfers playing, the greens, the fountain and some birds flying by. The service was good although it took a little time to serve their yummy Tiramisu. Im not sure if his place can be packed with people. We were lucky that there were less people when we came but overall, this place is great.

Beautiful restaurant. They start closing up at 10pm on a Saturday. Not ideal for us late dinner people. One of the best risottos in Dubai. Also their baked yoghurt is divine.

Great location, overlooking the golf course and with a nice view on the Dubai skyline.We went for lunch with a group of people, and they gave us a nice outdoor table.Most of us ordered salad, the tomatoes and olives were missing (some ordered with and some without). Seemed these ingredients were not in stock anymore. Overall, the food was good.I for sure will go back to this place.

The place is super nice especially the view 🌅 👌but the worst thing is the smell that came out of the kitchen!! They’re cooking something like meet or I don’t know what it is and while you’re sitting there the smell will stick on your clothing! (It’s a really bad smell🤢) To be honest I hated myself after a business meeting there because of the smell that stock to my suit so I’m advising to choose your table outdoor

Overpriced - we paid 145AED for risotto and 145AED for a burger. These are crazy prices for this - the ambience doesnt really suit dinner and its rather expensive for a casual lunch so who is this targetting. I live in Dubai hills but at these prices I can go almost anywhere. Service is slow.

The place is apart of Dubai Hills golf club , beautiful views, comfortable atmosphere ,went there for breakfast and coffee , food and coffee were excellent, very friendly staff . Will go again

Disappointed with the current state of your service. We have lived in the community since March and it has never been this bad. And we are not difficult customers. Sat outside for 20minutes, not one waiter in sight. Went inside to call the waiters. Noticed 3 other tables doing the same. This being part of state of the art Dubai Hills Golf course image? Everything took time, taking the drinks order, taking the food order, clearing the table with flies sitting on the plates! Staff look unhappy and do not apologize or show responsiveness. The response we received from the manager ‘Apologies, we are understaffed due to gov regulation’. Had your restaurant been packed i would understand, but it was empty with a few tables,Food is always good though. Sad

I didn’t eat a quintessential ‘Sunday Roast’ at home but I will have you know - this is the best place to get one in Dubai! I have been here like 4 times because I like it so much! Dubai restaurant’s struggle with the triangle of greatness but this venue have it combined - great food, great service and great location! I can’t wait for my next roast!

I had such an amazing time. I highly recommend this place from the food and the ambience ah loved it!!! Christian served me was very helpful from food selection and the breath taking wine🙈. He was really patient as this was my first time as well.

If you are a family with young kids dont bother we had 4 families and all kids under 12 and 2 under 12 months. We told the booking team about the kids and said we would like indoor seating. We arrive and given outdoor seating, we had to ask for heating. The team on ground did what they could but with little to zero support from management they did not have much luck. Just happen to notice not many Asian or people of colour sitting inside?Not worth the money spent for a Xmas brunch.

Very good experience having a midweek early bird set menu dinner. The choice on this is very limited but the portions and quality of the starters and main courses we had was very good indeed. Desserts are on the same menu but we did not sample these. The menu was the same on two consequitive visits we made one week apart, hopefully it will be revised periodically or that would be a reason to not make it a weekly visit after a while.Their was an excellent singer performing, the only problem was the sound management. As much as we enjoyed his music we were there to talk with each other. When he sets up the singers own speakers are positioned by him in the area he performs in, therefore he has to set the volume at a high enough level to project the sound throughout the inside and outside areas.If the speakers permanently installed in the venue could be used, it would give more options to adjust volumes locally to suit customers preferences throughout the brasserie.

Excellent food and quality, nice place and location. Internet is a disaster not connecting most of the time. Friendly staff just a suggestion to monitor more the restaurants closely as few times was difficult to grab the attention of the staff when needed somthing

This is the second time this happens so I decided to write a review because I’m never coming back here and will avoid playing golf at dubai hills due to poor service at their restaurants which makes the after golf experience not enjoyable.Very bad service. We played a golf round and went there. 50% of the outdoor area was empty but they refused to seat anyone there because it’s “reserved”, despite the fact that we had 2 Golf Club members out of the 4 people eating there.The waitress was very rude. Haven’t seen this level of disrespect in a while in a restaurant. Food wasn’t worth all this hassle.Long story short. We ate, drank and left and all the empty tables outside that were reserved were still empty and ‘reserved’. What a joke.

I would give zero stars but that is not an option. We waited 30minutes for a cup of coffee and food came after 1h. No apologies from anyone and manager wasn’t even in the restaurant. The chef was helping serving and we were only told they were short staffed. By the third time we went to check for our order the waitress told us to go and get the coffee ourselves. Is this what is expected from such a restaurant?!

Went for dinner on a Saturday night. Roast was good, pasta was poor. Hostess was great. Service was a real letdown, they were understaffed and this lead to poor service.Put more staff on and it will make the world of difference.

Celebrating our sons birthday, I couldnt have imagined it anywhere else, over looking the beautiful Burj Khalifa, the staff there were friendly, accommodating and tried to deliver the best service possible. We enjoyed every moment with our friends and the delicious food and beverages that were on offer for the Christmas brunch. Thank you guys. :-)

Careless staff no customer service understand whatsoever. Took ages for the water on the table to arrive. Food order took over 40mins to arrive and its just a salad and a vegan burger which werent amazing! Staff responded by saying we are only 2 people working here yet they were more than 5 on the floor whilst the place is hardly anyone there.

Amazigly delicious food and superb ambience. I highly recomment this place.

Ptoblems when asking to cook something not exactly the way they have it in their menu. As difficoult as to ask for eggs my style an omelette plain but only 1 egg. The chef say no..... they do it with 2 eggs. Impressive a chef don.t know how to do it with only 1 egg. Incredible but true

We enjoyed the food sooo much.The Food. Their home made bread is smth else. My husband is vegan, so he had the vegan main course (tofu and mushroom donburi) and i had the duck breast, which was yummy.The venue has gorgeous views over the downtown skyline (outside seating right now is not a great idea due to the flies though).Staff is very friendly and efficient.The prices are on a higher side, but it is a good value for money.Also just a small note about the weekends. They get super packed, so you need to make arrangements prior. And the service can be slow on the weekends too.We loved the experience and definitely coming back!

I am really sorry for this low rate. Food was very good but it was 1:15h late! It was unbelievable. Restaurant was 1/4 full and everyone was complaining for the same reason. I will come back to this area and I will defenetly try next time the place next door: the duck hook.Guys you really improve the time to bring the food if you want to keep the restaurant open for long.

If you have all the time in the world and have no appetite whatsoever, please feel free to come to this place only to enjoy a view with some mediocre food!!! The service and hospitality is pathetic!

Pretty bad service. For a reservation with an infant, they put us in front of a smokey barbecue and we ended up leaving before ordering.

Sharp clean fun service with all the chefs on show to give the full effect of this superb restaurant, and the location and view is breathtaking. Highly recommend it as this is family friendly as well with climbing frame and plenty of grass area for the little ones to run around👍🏻

Lots of brownie points gained with my wife on this choice of night out.The drive in is awesome. I dropped from the frenetic pace of Dubai motorways to the calm of Emaars magnificent most recent landscaping and it is wow. Car parking is easy with a short delightful walk into a palatial foyer.Drinks first on the terrace overlooking the desert, golf course, and a stunning view of downtown.Looking at the menu it was by no means cheap and I was a little hesitant thinking mmmm is this a mistake.I thought oh well what the heck and we went for the full buffet.6 courses. My main problem was deciding which ones I would have to skip after over indulging in the first- I couldn’t help myself the options and tastes were super.I needed to save myself for the carvery where the lamb and beef just melted in the mouth.The dessert options were a delight. In no areas of the food did they fall short or were weak, as my wife remarked “all made with love”.The braserie itself was very spacious, light,and airy. Very well furnished and plenty of decorations of interest.The service was excellent, friendly, but carefully not over friendly, a difficult juggle for anyone to master, and it was done extremely well.Loved it !! :)

Well, totally ignored from the staff, looked at and check out as we were riffraff. Says a million why this place is empty and the opposite restaurant is packed. I havent felt that unwelcoming in Dubai since 19years. Cant say a word about their food or drinks, as the manager and 2 of their staff were busy chatting, folding napkins and ignoring us for 10minutes until we left. At this time 5 guests spread on 2 tables were in the Brasserie...Tell me when you have a new management, than I may visit again. For now its a no-go.

Excellent food, relaxing outdoor seating on the golf course and friendly welcoming staff make this one of the best family destinations during the cooler months of Dubai.

Fish and chips was not great .. didn’t like the fish skin expected a clean fillet ! Beans was plain taste .. took really long time to serve !
