Lara from dolce and gabbana mall of the Emirates is extreme unprofessional and lacks basic knowledge of customer service. She should be fired! She claims she’s a manager or supervisor but if that’s how a manager behaves, I’m completely shocked. Our family spends way too much money per year to be treated that way! I’m so angry that this is the level of service we receive when shopping in Dubai.

One star it is too much! The stuff is very unfriendly, they played on mobile until i was waiting. I dont recommend it to anyone to go there. I love Dolce but for sure not in this shop to make any shopping!!!

Just went out , asked for assistance , the gentlemen did not bother as he was busy with his own things apparently , he called a lady apparently very upset, she did not even say hi, left us for someone else, and seriously we left the place with no one even noticing .... Luxury brand !!!! Yes sure !!! Cannot get enough staff , not proper ones
