Worst delivery I have ever seen, you never know if you get the water on the delivery day. If the truck does not skip your house you can get your water. You always have to follow up. Big stress for water delivery days !!!!!!!

Tastes much better than other locally available water and comes in an attractive bottle too. Also known for its other health benefits. Havnt looked back since .

Worse company and management as well.when it’s come to water delivery they are very tricky and just lazy, they don’t come to deliver water and after that they accuse they came at your door steps and you are not available,they did it many times.!!!And the manger are the worse and helpful and he don’t understand what is problem solving is, and when it’s come to customer support the manager spoke to me just to apologize, and his not able to help me now because it’s Thursday and Friday it’s my off day.He is not professional or efficient I really not quite sure what he does understand his position as a manager he is less cooperative and don’t care about Custer needs.The water even not that’s wow as it’s still bottled water even though they are bad in service deliver and customer care too. I don’t recommend this company to anyone and this by the way I have my friends said the same story they suffered from there bad customer support and delivery

They are not reliable and would strongly recommend avoiding them as you will get more stress from the continuous delivery failure. Their non-compliance will be always followed by shallow apologies and promises from the customer service.

Worse water company ever. I called 5 times in 2 days and still waiting for water to be delivered... i had to call 3 times last week.. as i can see from their recent and older reviews , it is sadly how they scored their 2 stars !

One of the worst customer service team. No coordination with the person delivering or no information is passed correctly.You book for the week and you just have to wait till eternity for them to figure it out . What has gone wrong?First time they informed that water is delivered and took them a week to sort out that it was not.They make you feel like you are lying and they have all the right information and frankly no apology.This time its a week since order the delivery day have gone past twice and no delivery still. I am amazed on what goes on with them.

It is really disappointing from Aquaplus that they deduct the balance from my coupon even when the water bottle was not delivered.It is really unprofessional of them not to take care of their customer and even when I call to customer care and talk to Mr Ritesh, it seems he is least bothered about his customer, does not pay any attention to the concern and is even not willing to credit the same. Definitely switching on to another company once my coupon gets over.Could not recommend this to anyone.Highly disappointed.

The company has deducted two bottles from my account and they are late to deliver them for 5 days. I was promised three times that they will deliver it asap, but the bottles are still standing empty.

Inconsistent delivery. I was informed that my water will be delivered every Wednesday, I waited all day (because in my building no one is allowed to enter if I am not at home, and security doesn’t take orders, so I have to be in my apartment waiting for delivery)and no one showed up. As I can see from previous reviews, this obviously happens quite often. This is really bad and unacceptable. Once I finish with my coupon I am definitely changing to another company with more consistency.

Worst customer service..The delivery guy sends message door bell ringed and no one at home when they never rang bell and all of us were at home only.After seeing the message contacted customer service they assured they will deliver then itself.But alas ,the empty bottle was still outside. Then had to buy water from outside.This happened to me more than once. Never had this kind of service from other brands.

Terrible service. Echoes of the previous poor reviews. I have had constant inconsistency with this company and cannot wait to switch to another when my package ends. They miss deliveries and say they’ll fix the issue and it continues to happen again. I’ve had 6 instances of having to chase up my delivery. Awful service, communication and the product is just water nothing special. Don’t waste your time or money.

Love the BPA free option in water delivery. Easy once you figure out which delivery method works for you (some order online, some contact delivery man, I email the administrator Teresa). She’s wonderful and every question/concern I had she figured it out and came back to me with solutions. If it wasn’t for employees like her I might have reconsidered my options. This review isnt about their customer service, its about the product. We’ve used the water for over a year. The whole family in the last few months have been complaining of bloating, reflux, etc. me and my wife have been to several doctors where we were diagnosed with ibs, gerd and what not. A friend recently recommended to try and change the water. We’ve tried a few others and stopped aquaplus. You wont believe, both of us have over 80% improvement in our symptoms within the couple of weeks we stopped using aquaplus. In our compound half the occupants have been using aquaplus and everyone has one or the other gut issues (even kids) and upon trialing what we tried, they have the same experience. Overall improvement in lifestyle after stopping aquaplus. Not sure what it is, but theres something truely rotten in this water.Update 22-03-2021.... after a few months of stopping aquaplus, all symptoms where me and my family was diagnosed with gerd, irritable bowl syndrom and what not, have disappeared. Not sure what in this water caused it, but it surely did made our lives miserable.

I’m literally tired of constantly calling their support and trying to get my water delivered! We had no delivery for 3-4 weeks now. Support number is either busy or they say that no bottles were found in front of the door.As you can see, there are plenty of them, you should be blind not to see one!

Be aware they are not professional, you may end up buying water from other brand due to their misscomitment, water alkaline level they are advertising as 8 is not correct, its 7.5, you tab water alkaline level is 8 its better to drink tab water

I have been using Aquaplus for about 6 months now. Almost at the end of my coupon book. So far they delivered on time and I have faced NO issues at all. I schedule a delivery of the 5 gallon bottles when i need them by messaging Teresa and she has always been available and very attentive. Very satisfied with the experience. Definitely recommended.

Im very happy with the product, the service and the staff. They deliver twice a week in my building. I have missed them a couple of times because I forgot to leave the empty bottle outside but the receptionist from Aquaplus, Ms. Teresa, is always there to help me. She is really kind and professional. Every time I contact her, she answers all my inquiries and makes sure I receive the water. They redeem the vouchers every time they bring you a new bottle. Highly recommend it :)

Quality of water is good but there is constant problem with delivery. Even if you use the app and each and single time confirm your request in Whatsap water doesn’t get delivered. Delivery team will just lie in the system by saying something like you refused to accept even if the bottle was all the day outside. Also you will never have any manager to call you back to follow up on your complaint. Call center agent Althea will just say she is sorry and follow up with the delivery man.

Really happy with my decision to invest in Aquaplus. Though I dont know much about it, it is nice to know the water Im drinking is really healthy for me. It tastes great - very easy to drink.Very happy with the customer service - Teresa messages me weekly to check if I need another bottle and we arrange a suitable day for delivery. Ive been with Aquaplus for 3 years now. The quality of the service is very good. We scheduled the delivery once a week and they are always on time. When I need the small bottles, 500 ml, I message Teresa and she always is sorting my request out. Buying the coupon online for the big gallons is very useful and easy. Highly recommended Aquaplus.

I have been using aquaplus for about an year now, what got my attention was that the packaging is bpa free which is very essential from a health stand point. The prompt delivery and quick response from Teresa makes it so much more efficient. Easy payment on website and invoice on every delivery helps to keep track. Would definitely recommend it.

The water is good but their customer service is horrible. If there is an issue with the delivery, their lines are always busy or the lady answering is unable to assist. There is no point using a service like theirs if you still have to run to the supermarket to buy bottled water.

Dealing with Aquaplus is a headache every time Ive had to deal with them over the last year and a half. The only positive is that the water is good and doesnt taste like chemicals like other brands.If there were other companies that offered the same product I would deal with another company!

The water deliveries have been fine but I bought a Mutungi (water dispenser) from Aquaplus and it last started leaking within the first day, got it replaced. Now the replacement has started leaking within 3 weeks of receiving it. Called to get a replacement and was told that they can’t replace it as it’s older than 1 WEEK! Do not buy one of the dispensers, cheap materials, 100% will leak and I STRONGLY recommend not ordering one. Many other companies out there with much better customer service. Very poor by Aquaplus!

Continuous problems and it feels as if they are not bothered about customer service at all. I have requested a call back and no return, the delivery driver says he is outside my front door unable to make delivery when but my empty bottles are outside my front door with me stood next to them, so he lied and said he will come next week. Now, I have no water for the week. This is not the first time it has happened. I definitely wont be staying with them as soon as my leafs are finish.

I love the concept they have created here with a great price point as well. Water, pricing and bottles are great. Of course that is when you can get the company and its managers to actually do what they promise and fulfill your orders. They have greatly improved and growing as a company.Good quality water, I have a standing order for delivery of three 5 Gallon bottles that is pre-paid with vouchers and also an order for 2 packs of 500ml bottles every week. I have increased order for school bottles as well.Initial review: They are always making mistakes and sending either the wrong order or they are constantly out of stock! Even though you can purchase and pay via the website which I always did, they will sell you the product but then turn around and not have stock for delivery. Delivery staff are also not trained well and unfortunately are mostly late.*UPDATE: delivery guys to Al Reem 3 of Arabian Ranches are great now with a smile and good attitude.I have asked for a manager to speak to or email for three (3) weeks now and again broken promises to a loyal client. The driver who delivers to sharjah is AWFUL AND LAZY. He knew that he hadnt delivered my order so it would make sense to set my delivery up first thing Saturday. He chose not to. I am actually very satisfied with their customer service. It is indeed one of the best that i have encountered. It’s normal to have some kind of disappointment to a certain product or company but if you have a good quality of customer service thats really a plus for me. I recently had an issue for the water delivery especially nowadays we are at home most of the time and water is very important, so we would like to have it ready once we need it thats why we ask for stocks depends on how many bottles you have. I decided to write to them because it Happened couple of times that they are giving me 1 bottle only instead of 2,ofcourse we just normally leave our bottles outside our doors and everytime i put 2bottles outside they will just give me 1bottle. So it has been like that for awhile and i did call them before about it and again it happens so i decided to write to them coz i am actually getting frustrated. And fortunately Ms.Teresa was quick to response on my complaint and exchanging messages with her was all smooth and very professional. I know how hard the delivery guys work just to deliver every household. I salute them for that but yet again i am a consumer and i paid for it. Its not like its free right? But anyways, the issue was resolved very quick, customer service was fast, quick response. Receptionist will accept the call and receive the order but when delivery guy will come, he will just deliver only one without asking the order from the receptionist. No coordination from each other at all. So shame that the product is good but the team fail to deliver at the right time. I have recommended your company to my friend and complained at the way your service as well.

1, I left 1 empty bottle outside the door, but the drlivery guy charged 2 bottles by electric coupon. I called them few times, then they solve this mistake. We like the fact that the bottles are free of BPA and are delivered bi-weekly to our doorstep.Delivery is always on time and we consistently see the same, friendly staff.

Does it really matter if you drink from a blue or a pink bottle? Actually, it turns out, there is a difference. Im not well-versed on the science of water, but if they need to deliver my water in pink bottles to make sure I dont have extra risk of cancer, attention deficit issues, reproductive problems, thyroid dysfunction or obesity, then, I guess I drink from pink bottles. End of discussion.What about the company? So far, I dont miss having to call the blue bottle people every week to scold them (again) for NOT delivering water (again). I also find I have adapted well to drinking water that tastes like it is meant for human consumption. Of course, there are times I miss the midnight run to the local grocery store to stock up on 1 liter bottles that Ill need to keep hydrated until the blue bottle truck shows up again. Now, all I have to do late at night, is sit and drink from the pink bottles while binge-watching Netflix.

The water quality is good and thats why probably I am hanging on to them. There main problem is with their delivery services. I am a victim of that and as many reviewers have observed, one literally has to bang head on the wall out of frustration as nothing works out. Call centre is a sham because they have been well trained in avoiding a complaint by sweet talks and false assurances.

The water is good but we have paid for a 200 DHS voucher but the water is not being delivered for 2 weeks now . Even after calling the delivery staff we keep getting excuses but no water delivered. The product is good but the service is not good for the past 2 weeks. Before that we had no complaints.

They promise to deliver water every Tuesday and Saturday. They never tell you what time. And if you leave your bottle out on a Tuesday they never show up. It gets stolen from your front door they are willing to lose a loyal customer over it. Yeah its alkalibe hut all they care about is their $$$.

I’m not sure what the previous posts are referring to but we have been using Aquaplus for the past three years and they have been absolutely awesome. They deliver on time every day and occasionally will knock on our door just to check and make sure. Their new token system that is done through SMS is extremely handy, cost-effective, and reliable. I can’t imagine a better more healthy water delivery system in Dubai.

Dont trust them with anything. Over 3 years experience:- Delivery days change with no notice and you after couple of weeks waiting, they inform you with the new day and convenience you that it never changed and always been that date. Or you sitting at home with bottles empty at villa door and suddenly a message arrive in your mobile saying that they arrived but no one was there.- the electronic coupons: you get a message informing you that the bottles have been delivered and an electronic coupon is used from your credit, you open the door and no bottles swapped but the coupon taken away.Had to call for 3 continuous weeks to get someone to answer to change location.and end up calling another company to deliver and off course they are playing hide and seek for the refund of bottlesFirst the delivery guy calls me and tell me that they didnt give him money to refund.Then they say they cant refund without the recipient of bottle purchased although when they first bought the bottles they never gave one and I escalate it and emailed them in the first week and had a Asian national calling and said no worries my data is registered on the system.DO NOT TRUST THEM

Used to live on Arabian Ranches, and in fairness they were really good, moved 10 mins down the road and they are useless. Delivery is usually when they can be bothered, you just get a text saying unable to deliver both of us in, both cars on the drive which should be a bit of a clue as to whether someone is in!

I call them daily and its almost a week now that nobody answers the phone until last wednesday, a lady finally answered and said that they will deliver it today,but guess what nobody came,they are not reliable and true to their words,very disappointed with the service. its a shame, you have a very good product but you are losing customers because of this. you have to organize a proper delivery system Check back and follow up with your customers if the water has been delivered or not.

I have been using they water more than a year. Need to admit that quality is good. But service is horrible, for almost 2 weeks( my order was placed 12.03) they keep telling me that tomorrow they will bring water and today I still do not have my water, but yes, I reached them and got answer that water will be delivered tomorrow morning. It is 24.03!And I order water dispenser. They delivered that, but it was used and broken. So the results, I have in my kitchen broken dispenser and no water.

We have ordered a few times, every time the order has been late. We ordered through Groupon and they delivered the wrong product, and now they are saying we cannot have that product as the pice is for new costumers and quote it is a loss for us to give you that pice. Well unfortunately you have just lost a whole bunch of costumers as I did recommend the product to many of my piers, but I will certainly tell them not to bother. Its a shame because the actual product is good, but the company is extremely unprofessional and unorganized. Its also a shame I couldnt give a 0 out of 5. I hope I do get a rapid refund, or the matter will be taken more seriously!

I have been using this water for more than 2 years now. I usually request for delivery both for home and office. Just recently I have placed delivery for office on 04-Dec. I was told that the order was placed and to expect delivery the same day between 3 - 5pm. I waited and even tried to call the delivery guy on the mobile provided however the guy is not picking up the phone. it just keep on ringing. I again called after an hour as it was nearly 5 pm and still the delivery hasnt come yet. i received a message on whatsapp and was advised that it will be delivered 9am the following day instead as the vehicle they were using for delivery broke down. I spoke to the supervisor named Rajdeep and he has no knowledge of the vehicle issue. He promised to call me back but got nothing was done right. Even they cannot get hold of their own delivery staff or they were just trying to blame it the poor delivery guy -- whatever it is, I really have no idea why it was not delivered as per their advised.I hope there will have another Alkaline-water provider so this Aqua plus will have a competitor. the worst delivery service and have no respect whatsoever to their customers time who have been waiting for 48 hours -- now its going to be 72hrs. not even a call from a supervisor apologizing and telling the truth as to why it was not delivered.

Terrible Customer ServiceI called to arrange delivery of a water bottle and even though the delivery van came to my apartment building, my water bottle wasnt delivered. When I called and ask to speak with someone senior, the so called senior person had a more casual response dont worry Ill sort it out!. Sorry to say I still have no water bottle.

I have left bottles outside that have never been picked up for several days until the next scheduled delivery. I will never recommend Aquaplus to anyone looking for reliable service. There are better bottled water companies out there and Aquaplus must step up their game before they loose their customers.

I have been their client for roughly 2 months, the worst provider ever. Mistakes with deliveries and miscommunication repeatedly.. please stay away from this brand.

Service at worst....rude staff and delievery person..they will.ask you 20 drhm per bottle and when u will ask foe return they will cut your call..just beware of such unprofessionals..no no big no...if option of 0 zero star is der i would have given.Disappointed.

Once i came to know about Alkaline water and its benefits i was looking for it , finally i found Aqua Plus and i am quite very much happy with the 3 things they serve1. Quality2. Price and offers and3. Excellent service .

I have been using this water for over 2 years now and its really good. I feel very light and energetic. I also noticed that I barely get sick unlike before. i use this water at home and in our office.The only thing I wish they can improve is the delivery. Water and product is good. But customer service is a nightmare be it the calling or emails.

Terrible customer service and messy delivery system. Their telephone agents are very rude and it takes me 7-10 days to get the water delivered after several follow ups. I finally decided to stop using them being unreliable. Agent refused to refund my money and take their bottle back. I encourage all disappointed customers who paid in advance and want their money back to file a complaint to consumer rights , you shall get your money back . Never waste your time and money on such unprofessional company

Your water company is extremely unreliable and not professional. Today my housekeeper called your driver and he told her he didnt have any water left in his truck. I called the office and spoke to Miss. Binu who told me the truck had gone back to the warehouse to stock up and that they would deliver the water this evening.It is now 10pm and I have received nothing ! This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I have 2 guests and 2 babies at home and have never seen such a bad service. We have no more water for tonight for a family of 6 plus 2 guests. I want the name of the owner or the manager and want to file a complain. This is not the first time it has happened. I have already told my friends who use your company about your bad services. They are considering canceling your services also.I want a refund on my check book with no further delay and will post this message on my social media to tell all my other friends how unprofessional the company is.

Worst delivery service ever! Second time ordering and second time there is a problem with delivery. No communication between office and driver. Don’t bother to arrange delivery time with the office. Driver will turn up at his convenience. Plus first time my delivery was delivered to the wrong address and was left outside someone’s place. Took 4 days to retrieve it and deliver it to correct address. Second time, same story... Eventually I did cancel my order. Don’t bother... stick to other water providers...

2nd review for the past 3 months. Customer service - not improving. In fact they are starting to lie and misuse the online coupon system. Last from them was - the delivery guy dropped an unwanted bottle of water outside my door and then called me to tell me I owe them 1 coupon which I obviously do not have (nobody even themselves can keep track of the existing amount of unused vouchers). No one nowhere around the world gives you a product in advance without having a pre-agreement, in written, about it.Actual situation- hoping they will be honest enough to come and collect their empty bottles and give me back my money for the rent.
