Ive been their customer for more than 10 years, I recently cancelled my subscription because of their bad service.. I called like 5 times begging for water and I got no water delivered until next week. On top of that, when the driver came to collect the bottles he refused to pay me back my deposit..

Pathetic service. Signed up to weekly deliveries, had to call them every week for so many months as they never come by their own. Customer care continuously saying that this wont happen again. After 3-4 months I cancelled the subscription. The guy came to collect the bottles and refused to return my deposit paid for the bottles! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR ELSE YOU WILL REGRET!!!

Used to be a good water delivery service company but no more nowadays. Their commitment period to delivery is 24 to 48 hrs. and that also in summer in burdubai area even order booking done by 10 am. Seriously? Who will wait for 48 hrs.to get water and which water delivery company takes 48 hrs to deliver at city center are like burdubai? If ordered by 3pm, delivery boys refuse to deliver although their working hrs. are up to 7pm as per their customer service. Also, especially mostly leaky bottles are getting delivered although complained several times...it shows their least regard about the customer complaints, lowest qualities of production and delivery....Thinking seriously to switch to other suppliers once the wallet is empty....

Extremely dissatisfied with the end of service from al bayan.... We have been a loyal customer for past 12 years, and at the end when we ask for our refund back, they say you cant get the deposit back untill and unless you submit the invoice... All the issue as we purchased the bottles for 30 dhs each deposit. And now its 15 dhs... Extremely upset.. They dont even bother if you thriw the bottles in the bin.

Pathetic customer service...the rudeness & negligence is very evident in their communication from Supervisor level. As I had to follow up more than 4 days to get the contact number of delivery guys, on the other hand some companies follow us to make sure there service is not compromised. Nobody bothers to report back , i think because our consumption is much low and that says all about it.

Was appalled by the level of customer service! As i did not find it convenient to pay their person on Fridays for top-up of account, they said I could pay on the app.... i paid AED 200, and it showed on the app but it took me 5 days of daily follow up with their call center to get my money topped up in their system! Finally when I lost my cool with the call center and insisted on talking to a manager was my problem solved. Till then everyday i used complain, they used to open a case and next day get a case is closed message without the problem being solved!!

Tjey dont even worth a star, Wosrt services ive ever had, never brought tge water on time so far i am new with them, 2 out of three deliveries was based on complaint..Instead of drinking their water i am drinking their stress!!

Disaster customer experience. Will cancel the services once balance becomes Zero. They give 1 can, deduct for 2 cans. You question their action, delivery staff gets upset & show attitude. Call centre of albayan is outsourced so thats poses its own challenge. Albayan Managers/Supervisors are all working from home, so all the Best if you wish to escalate your concern. Its good for initial few months when you enrol then things start getting worse. Avoid dealing with them as much possible.

They have the worst customer service. When you call to order on the phone it takes ten minutes for them to contact a delivery driver, then the water doesnt come until two days later. Its just water, it shouldnt be that difficult. The employees on the phone are rude. I ended my service two months ago and I am still waiting for them to collect the bottles to give me my deposit back. After several calls I am now told I need my receipt for the bottles from five years ago, really?? Avoid this terrible company, you will thank me later.

Very bad customer service. I wish there was any negative star in google. When you call International city CBD clusters supervisor. She is female and doesnt have any manner to talk with customer. When I called she directly said will call you back in very rude way and never get call back and this was not the first time. Finally I decided to change the water brand. Al bayan should change there supervisor who dont know how to speak.

I took 18 water bottles from them and was promised a basic dispenser which I never got, followed up several times with customer service and even their regional manager but no response at all, very irresponsible behavior

They will say on the phone the delivery will take place within 48hrs but that never happens.Even if you place order they dont deliver. 6-7 days they take to deliver water inspite of request for bottle and repeated follow ups. There are better companies in Dubai which do timely delivery.

Worst service ever! They have misleading offer on their website and when you order from them, someone from their team will call you and inform you that you need to pay for this and that. Dont ever get their service please, it will save you time effort and patience.

What a shame.We have been a customer of Al Bayan for 8 years, but now, no longer.In the last 6 months their service has deteriorated to the point that we will spend our money elsewhere.Previously it was easy to contact a customer service agent by phone and place an order which was always delivered promptly. No phone queueing systems, no surveys, simple.Now the customer experience involves apps that consistently dont work, service agents who are very polite but of no use what so ever and are almost impossible to talk to because of some weird delay on the phone line.Our patience ended when trying to resolve the simplest of problems, the sales rep called and argued aggressively with me over an 8Dh bottle of water.Al Bayan: If you want customer loyalty (and maybe you dont??) you are going to have to work harder, a lot harder. Bye bye.

Used to be great. Now they have a “new system” which makes ordering by phone much more difficult. Furthermore, delivery takes longer and they only ever deliver one bottle. If everyone has the same experience as me, this company won’t exist in 12 months

The worst water supplier EVER.Delivery got worse and worse the last year. Delivered leak bottles more often and dirty old bottles. Customer service rep is useless like talking with robot, keep saying sorry but no solutions given. Called the manager Rajesh many times and he only keeps saying how many bottles you need. Called Santoush and asked to speak to the owner of the company and his reply was ( how many bottles you need).Been calling in the last 5 days trying to get my water But no water was delivered and had to buy my own water from the supermarket. been telling them for the last 5 years that their app is useless but they don’t even bother to fix it.Never ever trust this company.

They wouldnt refund balance of what I prepaid and they dont accept cash.The best they can do is transfer my credit balance to someone else. Is this an exciting feature (maybe gift Al Bayan water credits to someone on his birthday) or a horrible joke to escape customer refunds???

Very, very poor customer service recently. We are using their service for more than 12 years and definitely planning to switch to different company.They used to deliver the water within 3-4 hours and now it is taking 3-4 days after continuous follow ups, complains and calls to their lame customer service.

Absolutely appalling service. The customer service is despicable! We complained after being charged for more than what we ordered. They point blank refused to provide an AED8 refund branded me nothing but a liar. On the phone the operator was raising his voice, and proceeded to put the phone down when I tried to get some sense. Who is the customer here? I cannot believe the lengths they will go to, to hold on to AED8. It has angered me, and can assure you my custom to you is long gone. You should be ashamed in yourselves al bayan.

Since they change to there new system there making me feel like I’m ordering something special it’s just water. I ordered water at 3:40 and they told me your request was send to the sales person???? Which sales person it’s a delivery truck with a driver and the deliver guy and your request takes 48 hours why did I order furniture??? My advice if you can find any other water company go for it I will switch from albayan this will be my last time ordering from them. Worst service ever. When I canceled there service and want to return there bottles there asking for a receipt which receipt there asking for from 12 years ago that receipt got dissolved spoke to the manager and they won’t refund me without a recipe who has a receipt that has all the information from 12 years???

The service gets really worse and worse, missing weekly normal delivery, delivered leak bottle and took 3 days to replace, charged for 2 bottles when only deliver 1 bottle. They should have checked the complaint register and no need to ask for my details. It is what the complaint register for.Update - requested 2 bottles from the app on 6 June and by 8 June none gets delivered. Request from App got ignored.

Very poor service, poor and rude delivery guy and his supervisor.Took 25 AED as a deposit of bottle and bottle was taken away without us knowing, now when I found my bill and I am asking for my deposit back they are refusing and talking so rudely. 10 year consumer for Al Bayan within past year. The drivers dont care about deliveries.. Only once call few times its registered. Al Bayan do you need people to call you every week for delivering water? You cannot inform your drivers??? Very poor service. Maybe time to change to other suppliers..

Poor delivery service.. i called in the morning and the delivery guy told me he is coming but until noon time i was waiting, and again i called him in the afternoon and the same answer i got.. as if he was coming from abu dhabi.. worst is until tonight no delivery was made and promise to deliver tomorrow only to realize that tomorrow is friday and they are closed!

Raised number requests from mobile app in the delivery of water in Al Ghadeer, there is no response from Al Bayan and there is no water delivery in our community.

Worst service ever. They do low price for water but at the same time theyre trying to keep you on the line as much as they can because line is paid. today was tryeing to call them 4 times and all the time all representative is busy. They have a app and website but there is no option to order online.

Very pathetic and poor delivery service . Loaded money in the app and i kept calling them for Delivery. At first they will promise to deliver the water . Later they will shop answering the phones.i even asked for supervisor mobile number , the phone was just ringing no answer. Worst service everWe ordered 23rd for 24th delivery, and delivery was confirmed on their app. It didn’t come. 25th we called them and they promised to deliver us but it didn’t come. 26th same. 27th same. 28th we called every few hours to make sure water come to our place and one woman in the office told us her manager’s number , of course the manager didn’t pick up his phone, the woman didn’t call us back even tho she said she would. And a phone number of delivery man was suddenly sent to my phone but he said his shift had finished.Never want to use this company.

Even 1 start is poor for the service they provide. I got the 1 year subscription. To my horror on day 1 the water dispenser was leaking and my kitchen was flooded. I am waiting from last 5 days for any resolution without any help from customer service or local supervisor.

Have been using Al Bayan for last 4 years, however offlate the service has been pathetic and the delivery men treatment of customers has been pathetic. Not issuing receipt for money received. Not having transparency on consumption of advance payment. Taking money promising to get change and disappearing. Not treating customers with some respect.

Unfortunately I feel down because I tried them, their delivery staff asked me for tips in order to deliver more than one bottle. Moreover, the call center always busy and I have to call the supervisor in his personal mobile to deliver the water on the same day.

Weve been with Al Bayan for over 8 years but lately the service has changed. Delivery takes much longer despite calling twice and three times and complaining to a manager.Sadly Ill be switching water companies now!

Pausing the delivery on the app doesn’t work. Don’t respond to emails. Had 2 leaking bottles with no refund. Asked them to change my address, they delivered the next bottle to my old address. Stopping using them because any issue is ignored and not rectified. So simple and important to respond to customers.

Terrible delivery service lately, 3 weeks now the water has not been delivered on schedule. The customer service people are nice on the phone but obviously have no affect on the deliveries.

The sales guy was supper nice to sell the vouchers. Once they get the money they treat you like garbage. I was calling last three days to get my water. Thanks for making me feel like a beggar.

After being an Al Bayan customer for 15 years, its shocking at the complete deterioration in service. Tired of waiting/following up and no action after speaking to the area-in-charge, I have silently switched to Mai Dubai since 2 months and not once have I received a call or visit from you to check for water, as per the prescheduled weekly delivery! So I guess all the promises made by you ensuring the continuation of the weekly delivery were false.Competition is aplenty at the same rate - so its only service that differentiates you. After seeing the negative reviews here, wonder how many customers you are losing!

The amount of complains here shows how bad this company is. I went there for a job interview. The HRM that interviewed me is very dull. He cant even look at my face. He is not vocal. Also the security men are inexperience. They dont know their works. I knew they will never call me since they need dull people in their company. My advice to this company is to sack their current HRM. EMPLOY THE RIGHT PEOPLE. DONT BE BIASED, DONT. You can see for yourself. So much complains. This is bad for your company. Nobody is even here to moderate this channel. Nobody is even here to attend and apologize to customers. Just an advice 😎

Deliveries get delayed very often. I recently complained on messenger. After 3 days they responded and said someone will contact me soon. Now, another 3 days, and still no one contacted me. I think they just dont care! I am thinking of changing to another supplier.

So terrible service. I stopped using its water and wanted to return the bottles. They said I had to show the receipts of deposit. Who kept the invoice when people moved to different places. I did not get my deposit back. It is the way people make money.

Cant sign in from app ios and android and no other way to charge my wallet unless by cash which is not fine by me as i cant be available for the delivery persob to pay him please fix your app

The service is terrible. I was told I should not call for extra delivery and stick to Saturdays! The topup service hadnt been working for 2 weeks and no one is responsive.

Very bad experience with their service. They will call you 20 times for marketing and for sales they will knock on your door endless times. But once you are a customer, they will totally forget about customer service. Promised a refund for the 2 bottles during purchase , later had to call 10 times for refund and when finally thet came they said there was a 10 dhs service charge deduction.Water has a wierd smell from the new bottles and hence we decided to discontinue

The worst service ever, no managers, no one speaking english to understand. ve been 2 days calling for water and they say ok and thats it. no show. calling the main company to request assistance and to talk to a manager, same result, on hold, then another person who gave me a no for area manager who doesnt even pick the line..the water is the least thing in this country that we should have problems with...
