Very worst service ever. Recetly, i purchased their cupons and accidentally lost them after few days. The water servicing guy who issued me them few days ago and know that i have only used only three cupons and genuinely lost the cupon book, refused to issue the new cupon book and aggressively took the empty bottles without even returning me my deposit. Should have given negative rating if available

This is in appreciation of the customer service lady. I don’t know her name but everything I have called (for delivery or pick up) she has been very prompt. Sometimes the delivery times differ on the day but it’s always on the appointed day. Appreciate it.

One the worst customer service you guys are providing in the market. You should close the business as this is the third time in the last 3 months when i ran out of water and even calling multiple times to your representative no body bothered to show up. I have purchased coupons and i would like them to be refunded.

Highly highly recommended not to get a deal with this industry. Very worst at their service .and the delivery boy is very rude .when they are selling some coupons they where very kind but now they are not responding properly .before delivering the cane . the first day of selling coupon itself they getting money from us for upto 12 canes and said for each cane one coupon thats it but the delivery boy not accepting the coupons whats wrong with management seriously it is ridiculous. Such a bad service and Worst industry. This week they supposed to deliver by Monday evening but till the date there is no delivery and if we call means also they are not responding. If they are coming means also they will come around 11pm and pressing the door bell even if we keep the canes and coupons outside visibly means also.

Worst service from your side..Ive been using Romana since last one year and in sharjah, the service was good. But since weve been moved to Dubai, we have got the worst service. We are calling few numbers since last one week and no one responds properly. Everytime its the same, takes the address, but never responds back.

Very bad response, not answering calls, late deliveries, poor and inexperienced team. Water bottles very old and looks ugly and you dont feel they are renewing the bottles frequently. I dont recommend to anyone.

Very unprofessional delivery guy. I asked him if I could get a gallon of water without having to buy the whole booklet. He reply, take from Wasl this is the Mirdif Hills Apartments delivery guy.

Worst service ever seen . after selling coupons they dont come in time to refill the bottles even after calling them for so many times. even their supervisors wont receive call .will move to some other company once the coupons finishes .

I have no idea what all of these 1* are talking about, but as for me, comparing to our previous supplier Golden Water or Golden Bottles, Romana has a perfect service. The delivery is coming always at the same time, no need to worry, to call, to bother. Few times we did not put empty bottles outside just because used only 1 bottle within 1 week and felt more comfortable to change bottles at least by 2 at a time, these times the delivery guy is always knocking the door to offer bottle replacement. Customer service replies on spot within business hours both on WhatsApp and Toll-Free. I am more than satisfied with service and politeness of all their stuff.Ive decided to review them after regular silent change of my bottles which I put outside at the morning and noticed a lot of angry clients. Seems more like competitors envy.The last but for sure not the least, they have quite wallet friendly rates especially during current times it is very important.Wishing you more clients and keep on improving the business.

Terrible customer service.Knocked on my door last year trying to sell a voucher booklet which thankfully I didn’t buy, instead just buying 1 bottle and paying the deposit.Then didn’t hear anything from them for over 6 months until the same guy knocks on my door trying to sell another booklet. He refused to refund my deposit even though I still had the empty bottle.Terrible company that do not care about customers at all.

Worst experience - They dont know how to value the customer, knowing that water is essential they just ignored your order. We have been their customer but every time we need to call them to bring the water even though we have coupon and each time I told the delivery guy instead of me calling comes every week as I do have kids and we do consume lots of water but still he just ignored. Before he said that delivery day for my are (JVC) is Tuesday then it comes to Monday which we dont really know when as such no option every Sunday we kept the empty bottle outside with coupon and they never comes until we need to call them and remind them that we need water. Since corona we do have a rules that no outsiders is permitted inside the building I and my husband both of us on different occasion explained to the delivery guy and told him that we will keep the empty bottle outside but still they never show up. Yesterday I call the sales person and told him that I need new coupon book and water he said he will come and miss call me but till evening nothing then I call another number that I found on google and a lady name Marwish assist me but again till this morning no water as they only try to call once where I was feeding the babies and could not respond their call, I told her why the guy did not call my husband number as his number is registered to the system. She gives me the area supervisor number I talked to him and again another promise, he will deliver the water this morning before I go to work at 8.30am but when I went there at 8.30 no one and no water we have to rush to the nearest supermarket to buy gallon of water for the day for the babies...How frustrating is that. Please I highly not recommend this company for water as they provide lots of stress and frustration, poor customer service and they dont care of their customer.P.S. Once they give us an expired bottle of water.

Driver isn’t collecting empty bottles from corridor (common area) if I’m not asking for bottle with water. It’s horrible that 2-3 weeks I have warehouse of empty bottles near entrance to my flat

POOR DELIVERY service NOT RECOMMENDED ! I am living in sports city, I called today 8:30 AM to order 3 large bottles of water and one large romana book a lady said my order will be delivered within 10 mints now it’s 11:AM no one came and I called yesterday twice in the morning and after noon the same lady told me my order will be delivered yesterday before 6:00PM and before yesterday I called !! this is not acceptable!

Very unprofessional delivery people. One of the delivery guy - Rojan - refused to refund the deposit he took. When I asked for receipt. He started making excuses and hung up on me. STAY AWAY from this company.

Bad quality CANCER BOTTLES of water and bottles age of more than 3 years of which have been refilled hundreds of times with the least quality control ever. Again I missed up and brought a book, when its finished Ill stop dealing with you as you never answer calls or take complaints seriously.

You dont even deserve a single star. I just need to select one to post a comment. Romana water has the worst customer service. 800 customer care is ineffecient and delivery is always days late. For the water to be delivered, I have to make minimim of 5 calls a day and yet delivery will be done after a day or 2. Very unreliable customer care and delivery service.

It’s very bad service I ever seen. I am staying in Jumeirah Village Circle. This is the third time I received 20ltr water bottle with leakage. If we call them to replace, even he is somewhere near the apartment he will say to keep the bottle in toilet and will collect by tomorrow. Some irresponsible way of behavior and just now deliver the bottle on my door steps with visible leakage of water. I tried to call the delivery boy many times and he is not answering, is he purposely did or this is the way of Romana water service.There is a toll free number provided and it will never answer just ringing only. At least try to understand the customers inconvenience and try to improve your service in feature. Now we force to say goodbye from Romana...👎👎👎

The worst company every I deal with them not even 1 star no body pick the phone from them and if they pick the phone they said ok...wait for 10 days to deliver the water ..I advice you pay more money and dont take from them .

Very late delivery, usually requiring everyday calls to their entire team.. No one takes responsibility and everyone just keeps on postponing the delivery. Gave them many chances to rectify their service, but still no difference in their service. Never again.

They always said okay ... okay but you have to keep pushing them to be done.A very bad experience, I do not recommend dealing with them final .. You must contact weekly more than once to ensure that gallons of water change. It is customary that you should not call from the ground up.
