Worst service ever! They have misleading offer on their website and when you order from them, someone from their team will call you and inform you that you need to pay for this and that. Dont ever get their service please, it will save your time effort and patience.

Worst service ever. They care least about customer service and satisfaction. All they care about is their comfort and convenience for delivery even though its us who are paying them. The call centre representatives are rude and of least help and always find ways to pass the buck to others and never give a solution or definite answer. Water is also horrible in taste and its less hygienic compared to others. I would suggest never to spend even a single dirham of our hard earned money on these people. They dont deserve to get any further business!!!

Very worst service, ordered a bottle of water on last thursday ,no response till.

I did raise a complaint that delivery boy are rolling the bottle to the door using there legs to reach the door they are not using provided trolley. It informed to Mr Dilip. today the same it happened they were kicking the bottle to the door from the lift. WHO WANT TO DRINK WATER FROM THE KICKED BOTTLE..............POOR MANAGEMENT all fall into deaf ears.

8004223 - 9 out of 10 times they do not pick up my call when I call from my registered mobile number.But when I’m at work I call using another number they immediately pick up 😬!It must be amusing for the employees there but It’s such a pain to keep calling relentlessly for water.Suggest they rely on SMS or email because any which way they have the registered number and know the address. So at their leisure time they can see the sms or email and send me the bottles.

Worst customer service, I called as early as 8am and a certain mr. Kumar answered the phone not giving a good solution. I srated that I need the water before 12noon and he said he dont know what time they can deliver and even tried to cut my call while Im still talking. We will definitely shift to another water refilling station/services. Worst and unreliable service of all!!!

Driver doesnt come on usual delivery date if you ask for additional delivery he doesnt come they dont care, not recommended
