I would like to share my experience with al shalal company. They giving good price and good service and special thanks to Naveed and Asad.

Tried to call so many times just to order my water but no one answer, the machine kept saying please stay online for more than 4 minutes??!! given the fact that the phone is not toll free! you need to bring back the system with telephone number registered like what you used to have so we dont need to spend our time and phone bill to call your customer service just to order water and ended up loosing our time, money and patient! you need to consider to upgrade your system of ordering!! look other water company system as your competitor!

Very bad service. Have been chasing them since three days for Delivery. I have called your customer service 3 times already and still there is no response. I have been chasing the delivery guy since three days and he promised today morning and until now no water has been delivered. You guys just made me buy the coupon and hence i am forced to tolerate all this with such unprofessionalism.

Unbellivable, why you guys are playing with your clients? I order water at 2pm, when i order water i told to operator that i need water on my IFTAR time uuntill7pm. Now is 8pm and Im still waiting for my order. For What Im playing, for this kind of services for me? And its hapening 3rd time ith me. This is my Last order from this company.

Final Update:Finally I received a call from the manager and he promised to have the bottles delivered. Got my bottles delivered yesterday.Correction: I never said the delivery guy did not pick the phone (please dont deduct the poor mans salary). I had clearly mentioned that Al-Shalal Automated Phone system (which takes orders) is no longer supporting deliveries. Also when I spoke to the operator last he had promised that next time it will not happen.Update: No reply by email - Since below response from Al-Shalal representative, I had sent an email confirming my problem with them and also stating that I would be forced to discontinue my services. But it seems they are no longer interested in old clients business. Therefore I am now discontinuing their services. Please take back your bottles and kindly return my deposit (4 bottles).Original Message:Your toll free numbers or for that matter even landline numbers no longer support automated deliveries. Either you change that or will definitely loose clients to competitors.

Al shalal water services dropped like anything, it seems they have changed the delivery driver since last week and since then we are struggling for water i am writing this review so that may be someone can save their time and money and take the service from some other provider thanks 😞😞

The Customer Service is very good, they will assist you in the best way that they can. But the attitude of their Delivery Person is not good, if they dont want to deliver, just resign to your Job, you dont have the right to tell your customer that there is specific day for the delivery specially if they dont have water on the day they told you to deliver. One more thing, be careful to deliver your water, because sometimes the bottle water is damage and if we tell the delivery guy they are more mad rather than the customer. Dont be like that.

The company with the worst customer service. I was promised a water dispenser with the purchase of Al shalal water for my office, which was suppose to be delivered in a week time now it has been 3.5 months. Also they dont deliver the water waited 2 hours for them yesterday. They just dont want to deliver water.

I was very disappointed with the service of Tousef with end mobile number of 7899(one of your outdoor sales). Last Monday, November 16 I ordered 2 bottles from him and he said he would deliver the next day. Everyday I follow him up. And he always promises to deliver to my flat. I gave him one last chance last Saturday. But STILL they did not deliver. I told him I would review him here and he promised again that he will deliver yesterday. ITS BEEN A WEEK. Until now, no water delivered to my flat. He always makes excuses. Its just sad and frustrating because I gave him a super long chance. I hope you will provide good training to your sales. Being more than 8 years old customer(Al Wasmi then Shalal) it’s unfortunate to write this unsatisfactory review due to bad attitude of delivery men and pathetic customer support service recently faced.Deliver guy is not visiting based on the schedules. Had to call multiple time to get the water delivery. Last week I called the delivery guy and asked him to deliver water and asked why he’s not following schedules? he closed the line without allowing me to complete. Then called service center to ask for delivery and report the bad experience with delivery guy, support agent promised to call me back within 5 minutes and to confirm the delivery schedule. It’s been three days now, and still waiting for that 5 mins callback and the water delivery, no update al all. Completely unprofessional and unethical.Update: 09/11/2020Its promised to sort out the issue and improve their delivery/ customer service. So i have changed the rating accordingly. Will update it further depending upon the quality of service.

The worst feedback against the company... They collect deposits for water bottles than they dont give back... Dont get involved with them... Plus the bottle price its higher in comparation with other companies... 👎👎👎

My experience with Al Shalal has exceeded my expectations! Service provided by the company is smooth. I especially like the design of the small bottles.

Refused to refund my bottel deposit, because i did not have a receipt of more than 5 years old, any resolution suggested was not even considered and proper documenting on their behalf not kept. Talked to Anoop ( Distribution manager ) and George ( Corporate communication in charge ) and neither of them tried to help in any way. Rather order or get your water somewhere else and save yourself some trouble.

Efficient delivery and response

Pathetic service. No fix time slot for delivery. Today the driver went without delivering water. I called him to deliver as i am out of water and he said he is on his way to Al Qouz as his duty time is finished and the water will be delivered tomorrow. I told him i am out of water and we need the delivery today. This is not the level of service we expect after paying for the water in advance. He said talk to al shalal water and discontinue if u want to. My duty is finished and i will deliver tomorrow morning.You have just lost a customer.

I had an amazing experience with this Company. I had an inquiry regarding Service that time, I tried to call to their Call Center to clear my query. i was assist by a lady and if i am not mistaken She is from Philippines. I was really amazed in her unique way of accomodating their Customers in a very Professional way. Thumbs up to the Owner of this company for having such a great and professional Customer Service. At first I was surprised with color of the bottle , then I learned that is recycled and was very impressed .Good luck and stay green .

Pethatic Service. No fixed timelines on delivery. Literally each Tuesday just because we dont know when the delivery people will come to deliver we cannot plan to go out. Have to stay at home. Today the delivery people promised to deliver but did not deliver the water and we are out of water now. We get the water delivered every Tuesday but each Tuesday I have to call the delivery guy to check on delivery time. I m not going to continue with Al Shalal due to poor service.

These guys are professional cheaters. While cancelation they ask for invoice receipt which they gave me 10 a years agoCommon we are living in 2020 not 1990. Have your systems updated and get rid of all this paper work.

Fix your line!!! Always out of reach.Very difficult to reach on the number. Cannot call from both of my landline numbers. Only from mobile after some times I can reach.Even though I have been using for some years, they never registered my number.No communication amongst them. Always have to repeat.It takes times to get it deliver.

Delivery man asked rate more than market...I saw their big delivery truck parked near to our building I asked the guy to deliver 2 bottles of water (I have empty bottles)...in sharjah al majaz area guy name sarvan....we used to buy from our building natur....for 6.5 this delivery guy of company asked need to pay 8 per bottle as if we are supplying to appartment rate is 8.....I can understand that he was not willing to supply as he packed trolly and truck was ready to move....

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They never pick up their phone. The automated machine is useless. Ordering from them is an absolute pain in the butt! We are looking for other companies to get our water from so we dont have to deal with Al Shalal anymore! AWFUL!

I took the bottles to the company to refund they asked me for the reciept which I didnt have so I talked to the manager either to give me the refund or I would take my bottles... He was forcing me to leave without giving me any of them and he kept insisting until I threatened to call the police and only then he agreed to give me my bottles backWhat kind of manager is this???Worst company ever

Extremely poor customer service... it will take days 3 -4 days of follow up to get a bottle delivered. You end up spending more on follow up telephone calls than on the water bottle. Not recommending for sure.
