Awesome and fast delivery.Good staff and neat bottles and good quality water.

I used to buy 6packs of 1.5 liter water bottles in the supermarket. But that took quite some carrying every now and then. Al Wasl made an effort to get me as their customer and I am very happy now to have them deliver water to my house.

Customer care service for placing delivery order is very poor. Says they can deliver on sheduled date only, and Demand deposit for additional bottle requierment there after they disconnected . But later the sale men and delivery person came and delivered the requiered bottles. I must say that the customer care response to my call was a kind of provoking experince .

Terrible service. So the coupons were lost (accidents happen) and although they easily found my records in their system, the guys wanted me to buy coupons all over again. Not just that the whole physical coupons is outdated but they also needed me to buy new ones when they actually have my records. Poor management skills.

I have really bad experience with al wasl water delivery. I am staying in Al Nahdha Tiger and the sales person handed over the coupon to me and nothing was mentioned about delivery time.Today after reaching from office I called them for water because I have empty can with me and delivery people is saying they dont have delivery after 7.30 PM.I ordered water from Aqua and by gods grace I was keeping Aqua water can with me. They delivered water in the night time without any issues.Please dont took coupon from Al wasl. I took it and suffeing now.

They never deliver on time,everytime i call they say nefore 5pm and they drliber more than 2 fays later without informing mor appologising .Bad company and incompetent personal!

Pathetic Service.. staffs are very rude and always give wrong commitments without any respect.. intitally they will come after you to subscribe.. omce subscribed their attitude will change....
