They got almost all the best bands of fashion and style. Their fragrances sections is loaded with all the best sellers. Staff is really helping and nice. Overall good experience going to this place

A great shop for buying fragrances.. the staff was super helpful and knowledgeable but having two security guards watching you was not a pleasant experience as a shopper .

Nice Sephora outlet, staff are so friendly specially the lady from Shiffa she is very informative and she understood my skin type and give the right advice, I also love ordering online from sephora packing is fantastic and a lot of samples. I didn’t give 5 stars as most of the products are not available online although it is available in stores.

Staff will hunt you down to try and sell you random products but suddenly everybody vanishes when the time finally arrives for you to pay..

I am very particular when it comes to my mask and their products actually make my skin look and feel better. The service is good and prices are fair.

In all other Sephora shops they provide you with the tester amount except in this one. I have asked for a sample of concealer, but lady refused to give saying they cannot give for concealer. How else do I try the product and how it wears on me unless I try it on my own from morning to evening and it was already evening.She gave the sample of one foundation which wasn’t enough for one application. Any product testing requires at least 3 days of use to see if it clogged the pores or cause some reaction.This occurred on 3rd of Nov and some pregnant employee of Sephora was involved.

Fair enough outlet for fragrances and colour cosmetics .. prices are a little higher though .. but they have a huge collection of various brands... shoppers will get all their favourite brands under a roof .. that would be an amazing experience..

On the website is says it close at 23:00. Is 22:05 and is closed !!! how is possbile??? i asked the security he told me it depends on management. the schedule should be respected ! i can t belive this happens in Dubai . lazy people!

Very frustrated. I bought the wrong eye-shadow pallette because they had the wrong tester on display. I didn’t use it and asked for an exchange the next day. They said it’s impossible because the box was opened and refused to exhchange even after checking with the manager. It’s not my fault that they displayed the wrong tester.. So unprofessional to treat your costumer like this when you’re the one at fault.

I give it one star for the helpful girl from Benefit. I think this is by far the worst Sephora outlet I’ve been to in Dubai. The staff are never looking to help you or guide you or advise you, the supervisor or manager (whoever he is) is always talking to the girls, distracting them from doing their jobs which is TO ATTEND TO CUSTOMERS. The one man who was working in Makeup Forever was attending to someone for 30 minutes and refused to look/guide any other customer. He was taking her around the store and was completely aloof. The supervisor/manager noticed that we were upset but decided not to approach us or take any action. I’m never going to return to this outlet. The security guards were looking at all the customers as if they were going to steal the products, it’s just ridiculous, uncomfortable and uninviting. You need to change your entire staff.
