Professional service. I have bitten nails but Grace did a really nice acrylic extensions. A bit on a pricy side but worth it.

This is the worst salon in Dubai ,I visited there I asked for keratin,the owner at the reception told me ,we will do protein,I said okay,they did protein on my hairs,they put some cream and straight my hairs at same time ,then I wash my hairs at home ,my hairs got damaged and same like what I had before ,then I visited to there shop again and told them about my hairs ,the owner said we are not responsible,they charged me 375 Aed .I told the owner who is at reception,please straight my hairs as you took 375 Aed but she refused,she shouted on me.she is such a rude person with no Etiquette,she is behaving in an uncivilized manner,she don’t know how to behave with a customer.I will publicly recommend ladies not to visit there salon because the service is worst ever and they only need money,that’s there main motive…WORST SALON IN DUBAI…..Please don’t waste your time to go there ,,There are many more in the market…..

Lovely salon been visiting it for almost 3 years now. All staff and services are very nice.Sometimes the reception mixes up bookings but the services cover up for that.

Extremely rude and thankless person at the reception, instead of being thankful for a feedback showed attitude and disrespect for a customer being honest to them.Because of the attitude in the first interaction didnt even bothered to try the services.May be the team is nice and professional, no grudge for them but the first point of contact....sorry not recommended.

I went to the spa to do my hair. There was 3 girls outside so i asked one of them about the price of the blowdry, she said 150 aed so i told her ok. I went inside, then she brings the calculator to tell me about the vat i told her again ok. So she asked me how do u like to pay? Cash or credit? I told her card so she came with the machine to pay. I was surprised so i asked her about the reason, and told her to give me the service first and then ill pay, she refused and forced me to pay saying this is our system. I didn’t accept, then I called to talk with the owner. Very rude person, she was shouting on the phone telling me that this is our system and its not our problem if u dont accept and thank u for ur visit and suddenly she closed the phone. Very bad service with a lack of respect from the owner. Anws after all we can’t blame the staff if the owner is comporting in such a bad way.

The service is amazing, the owner Madame Aida is so kind and quite helpful. Peaceful place to be. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!!!
