They were my no.1 salon but nowadays seems like they dont want to work at all , i did meni pedi yesterday this is the result 🤣feels like nothing just waste of money

Ladies, for anyone with really damaged hair please go to Nadia and do the olaplex treatment. I have severely damaged bleached hair and I saw a difference from day 1. I have more treatments to come but its great. And for hair color, go with Mary :)Fyi: the damage to my hair was done by Vanitha in the salon- Artista Women beauty salon (Dubailand) So be careful and stick with Grand flora

So disappointed In management at this location.

1) No propper price list for each service they will handover the phone to the person who is doing that service (you have to talk to 5 different ladies if you wants to ask price for 5 services)2) their hair dressers speaks in Arabic which means there is no way you can make her understand your need.3) Never go after 8:30 they will try to finish their work and catch their transportation no matter if they ruin your Pedicure Menicure or hurt you while Waxing.( Got rashes all over my shoulders and pimples since the lady was in hurry to catch her Bus and she pulled the Wax so harshly that she did not ever care what will be the result)

Absolutely bad experience. I have asked prices over the phone and when I reach suddenly the price becomes double and after almost completing the treatment they say will be taken additional charges because of some made up issues. I will never come back again and I am absolutely disappointed.

Worst customer experience for this year, ive been a regular customer for 9 years and this has been a milestone. Many customers left in anguish for the treatment and not for doubling prices

Had a very bad experience , the staff is extremely ill-mannered and the quality of the henna is very bad too . By far the WORST salon ive ever been to .
