I will highly recommend this salon to my family and friends. The staffs are all kind and friendly. Its my first time to come to this salon and the services are extremely satisfactory. They are very good in hair styling and hair extension, fabolous. They nail service are so good, no pain.. and with nice massage. I love this salon, my friends loves my make-up at that day.

The worst waxing experience of my life!!!!it was the only spa that could take me on the day of Aid at 7pm.I had wax stains on my body for over a week.the esthetician who did the work looked bored to the point of nonchalance, she didnt wax in some places, I had to show her... when I got home I discovered that several areas had not been waxedit was very painful, I let you see in picturesI had asked if i could also have a pedicure, they told me we would see after the waxing. after the waxing, a girl who arrived after me had asked to have a pedicure and a manicure, they then told me that it would not be possible. I understood that they prefer to take the girl who arrived after me because she will pay more than me. this is not at all professional but with hindsight i say to myself that its all for the best..NEVER AGAIN ! one star is too much for your salon

This is a much much bad experience i had it in my life, very unprofesional experience i have been waiting for one hour and i came with a appointment, the lady of the hair is telling me every 10 min that is needing 5 min more. In the end i left without doing my nails. Thats very poor experince even i asked for a manager number and she didnt gave any thing to me.

Very bad experience! We booked 3 appointments for a particular time and then we were only informed when we reached the salon that they will fit us in as and when they have time!l The lady was highly unprofessional! I had booked 3 days prior and she had not mentioned anything on the phone. We are certainly not going back again!

Bad experience...Such ashamed to recommend with friends specially on BDay occasion..They are not proactive services even your having a booking package..Staff are poor communications .It’s not ideal to get a package if they changed it into different one ..it’s useless.

Had my appointment at 6 pm today. Was made to wait for 30 minutes and then told to wait for 20 more minutes. Highly unprofessional. No respect for booked time and for others schedule. Left without taking my service after wasting 45 minutes waiting.

I tried the Moroccan bath its really amazing Fatima is really professional and doing the Hamam perfectly

This could possibly be the best Moroccan bath in al Barsha!Highly recommended!Mani and pedi was also a good service.Will definitely come back as a regular client for morrocan bath.

Nobody speaks English or FrenchFor a sweep I had the right to⁃ A Crepage that killed my hair⁃ Discoloration that weakened them⁃ Coloring (I still have brands)⁃ Vaseline at the root to try to remove the creping⁃ 1 hour of disentangling with 3 people who dare to tell me that its because I have fine hair !!! Why did you do that then?⁃ Cut: not straight: without showing the result ... forced to go to another hairdresserAll for 1000 aed !!paid parking outside 4 hours max, I was there 5 hours just for the hair!
