Very unprofessional service and lacks customer service. Staff doesn’t have attitude of retaining the customers.

I wished I never done my Keratin in this Salon!... it was so annoying!!! i paid 600 AED hoping to get a quality and good service but in just ONE month my hair get back to normal wavy hair not mentioning how it becomes so DRY after!...i tried to get the name of the owner and the number to raise my concern but she never even answer my calls!!.. so UNPROFESSIONAL!!!.. anyways, im planning to report this case to authority, and seek help and make this as lesson learned for all of them!!

First service the hairdresser was amazing. Second service was slightly different, she was not focused and kept being interrupted with conversations with other colleagues.. If I wish to come on a weekly basis I would hope for a nice hair package which they dont have and what they offered was too expensive. I may have to find another hair salon unfortunately. 😕

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.They are not professionals, the staffs are ignorant about what’s good for you. I went here to colour my hair into highlights and god knows what they did to my hair—it was like touching a broom and way too rough, the colour went out in one of wash, I called them up so many times to resolve this issue but they’ve been so ignorant and would hang up on my requirements. It’s not a cheap place either. Terrible place and really bad experience, they don’t even deserve “ONE STAR”.

I’ve been coming here for at least a year. The massages, manicures, pedicures and blow dries are wonderful, but the staff is beyond excellent. Everyone is so kind and always remembers me. Plus I always get a great deal.

Excellent service. Good with vitamin c serum facials, roots touch up, and other everyday stuff. Excellent value for money. Have a lot of package deals which bring down the cost of services. Highly recommend

Unprofessional staff especially the Indian receptionist who is shouting to the staff in front of customer. i made manicure pedicure package and i regret wasting my money and time . i coudnt book the 2 session and when i came there the Indian receptionist interpreted me and said there is an other customer but no body come and she let me wait more than 15 min . i just come back home and was realy upset ...... never come back never

Perfect for businessman

Wish i could reverse my decision of using their Insanely priced average services. What every salon calls medium length is called long or medium long here just to charge double the required amount. So i had to pay AED 400 for covering just some grey hair on my slightly longer than shoulder hair and hair still grey when checked in better light next day & Threading was threatening spoiled shape. Not so experienced/trained staff for threading.

Staff is good but lacks experience in haircut and eyebrows.
