My hair was layered before I go to the salon so I wanted to trim the split ends. The hairdressers only cut the longest layer into a straight line and left the rest of the layers untrimmed. I was so surprised I remained quiet and just wanted to get out of there. It’s shocking how some hairdressers can’t give your a simple haircut.

The worst customer service ever!On my first visit, They gave me an appointment at 9:30 am however they opened the salon at 10 am and only 1 employee Georges arrived and he already had an appointment with another client.I stayed there till 10:30 am fighting to make the salon pay my parking after wasting a full hour of my time waiting for someone to talk to me… No empathy no apologies nothing. On top of that the employee shouted at me In a very rude and impolite way instead of calming me down when I asked him to stamp my parking and pay it claiming that this is not his problem at all! Then left the place at 11 am …

I had taken the hair makeover package for AED 650. I was not informed this package will take 3 visits to be completed. I would never recommend this salon to anyone not at all professional. I asked for red colour the stylist Mike said your hair is dead and not healthy so put black. He didnt do the highlights or balyage saying my hair is damaged. The hair coloring was done by just putting all the colour with the hands, no tools used. Inspite of taking an appointment I had to wait for 1 hr. They are quite racist too. Definitely never going back.

I got my hair done by Nadia and I must say she knew exactly what I wanted. My hair turned out lighter than expected and since my husband doesn’t like the blonde look Nadia knew exactly how to darken my blonde look without losing the highlights or light tone. Love. Love. Love my hair. I know where to go now for my hair =)
