I love love love the service here. The ladies running the place are so wonderful and they do fantastic work. I feel like I’m spoiled and treated as a friend every time I step in here. Highly recommended! Best salon ever!

It really saddens me that I have to write this review - but I have to. End of June I got the keratine straightening procedure done for 525 AED. I had frizzy but overall healthy hair, no hair dye. occasionally I would straighten them. But due to frizzyness I went for the keratine straightening. It was said that it would last approx. 6 months. They told me to avoid the beach and pool and thats what I did. They wanted to sell me the products from the keratine straightening, but I still had similar products protein keratin without sulfatte and parabens, so I asked if I could use that and they said as long as it is for this kind of treamtent of course. So that‘s what I did. After one month there is almost no straightness in my hair anymore the frizzyness is back and even worse my ends are very dry and very damaged, that I need to cut them a lot. I contacted them send them pictures of before and after and told them what happened. Response was that should‘ve used their product and not the one that I got, even though they said before that it was perfectly fine. I asked them to talk to the manager to contact me, even followed up on it, but no response. That no one even took the time to get back to me is very unprofessional in my view. I really had a good feeling when I was there, everyone was super friendly and all - but that probably only lasts until you‘re dissatisfied with the works. Maybe you can go for other treatments, I only went for keratin straightening and I would definitely not recommend! VERY DISAPPOINTING!

The service was fabulous, and overall beautiful result, I typically visit dubai each year, so definitely will be getting my nails done here. She was very gentle and very talkative with me, so it was not boring. Overall fabulous salon, thank you for your services!
