Staff is very unprofessional. Very poor Hygiene conditions. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there if you looking for a good service to pamper yourself. Better pay little bit more money and get a better service.

Great result of my Keratin Treatment.Juti from India did my hair and it was amazing.After the treatment, they will ask you to come back on the next day for your hair shower and to check the result. They are using a good quality brand.I highly recommend this salon.

I would rate the Saloon as below average. Saloon isn’t clean at all . The choice of Gelish colour is limited . The Staff isn’t that professional. Would NOT recommend it to anyone.

I went for Brazilian wax it was very horrible experience. I literally have cuts in my body 1 inch cut they so unprofessional.

I did a 6 item package. Favorite was the haircut. Went in with a super bad cut from another salon and walked out looking like a bombshell. I feel terrible cant remember her name.. Ma? Sweet woman, knows what shes doing. Took time with the cut and styling it after. Really impressed. Thanks so much

My wife went to this place using a Groupon voucher. They said they couldnt cut short hair but she could have a pedicure instead! Im sure you can draw your own conclusions.

The hair cut was nice, however the lady who did my highlights had no patience in explaining what she was doing or asked me for my opinion and she just highlighted my hair with her choice of color.The hair dresser should have told me where she was applying the highlight and then continued further rather than doing what she desires.The staff needs to listen to the customers!

I used to go to this place for the hair cut and waxing for more than 6 times. But couple of weeks ago I have had wax with the same lady. But she did not do it well and now I got black marks all over my body. I have to find other beauty salon

Salon is located in albarsha 10- 15 minuties walk from Mall of the Emirates. There is paid parking available outside. I have tried nails- french manicure and pedicure. The quality of french manicure is not really ok, it can be done at home. Not really art or work just ok. Staff is polite.

Even if someone offered me for a free service, i would never go there again! The staff is so laid back and shows no interest except the one Filipino staff.I stay close by and i used to go there for my manis and pedis. It was done by the only Filipino in the salon. I was happy with her service. When i recently saw a voucher for 149 in Cobone for 24K gold facial, hot oil massage, one hour oil massage and manicure, i bought it thinking it was a good deal.The massage was dreadful and lasted for only half an hour. She clearly dint know how to massage. There was no hot oil massage for hair as promised in the offer. It is just that she put some cold oil on my head, gave two taps during the full body massage! The facial was worse. There was this lady who constantly told that she has done for extra 50 dirham, and don’t tell the counter and all that drama. She put cleanser and a scrub and a normal pack which she rubbed off even before it dried off. It wasn’t a gold facial. And for cleaning the black heads off my face, she told I have to pay an additional 30. I was like, what is a facial without cleaning black heads of the face! She was like I used a special machine and it costs extra.The manicure was the only y relief. That too, the Filipino started it in parallel during the facial itself. Finish one hand then and the other after the facial.Basically, It was such a messy experience! I just wanted to shout out so that more ladies don’t waste their money on services like these.
