Such a terrible survice. I went to make myself look and feel preety but instead they burnet my skin and left a scar on my face. The company should look into who they hire. If the staff is not proffesional enough than they shouldnt be given to assist a client without a guidance. bel ad Service burnt my skin.

No professional & not good attitude. I was put on color yesterday then it come off today! I asked her why no put the base coat before putting color, she said the base together in the top coat... first time I know this 😐

This place is very bad! Service is disaster and really the prices are very high. I made a manicure appointment and it was the worst. The staff are not wearing masks properly and when doing manicure they are just so close to you that you dont feel safe at all. The place is very expensive and the prices are not fixed . When i went to the salon they told me they accept card and after i finished my manicure they suggested me to go to ATM and take money as they dont take cards. After i insisted the lady took out the machine and took the payment. This is really bad and not to mention that the gelish fell of my hands after 8 days only. Its very expensive for the BAD service . i was expecting better.

Not only do they not accept card payments during times like covid, on top of that its not mentioned anywhere outside (as in on a board) that they only accept cash and we are only made aware during payment. The staff is also quite rude. Plus the staff wasnt wearing a mask.

The lady who did the blow dry Nuzhat was very good and professional in her work. But the front desk lady Lubna was very rude and unprofessional in her behaviour. Firstly when I entered the salon the door was wide open. As soon as I entered and waited for someone to attend to me this Lubna came and asked me to close the door even though she was sitting and talking to me. She also mentioned that I have to wait for 15 more mins to take the blowdry even though I was on time and called her previously to take the appointment directly from the salon also. She had a very unpleasant behaviour overall. Even though the girl who did blow dry was extremely good in her work I will not go there again.

Its a very nice place and the staff is very good and friendly....... i had to put henna urgently on eid day..... i called before i went there!! They were so friendly and very inviting..... the beautiful Yasmine is the lady who put henna for me...... she is so talented and put some beautiful henna for me and for my daughter a girl called Firdaus did amazing design..... they put some really fantastic arabic design without any hurry or haste.....thank you Ambiance.... ill surely visit you again☺️👍🏻
