Went to this branch to buy some prescribed meds but as one of them was not available the pharmacist informed me that it can be delivered at my house from another branch. 9 hours later and I still haven’t received anything. Called them to get updated for my order and when the same lady who took my order picked up the phone she didn’t have a clue and she admitted she totally forgot about my order and will send it then. 10 hours later I got my medication along with fake excuses and blames to the rain for the delay(!) Totally unprofessional. Very bad communication. Would not recommend home delivery.

No one answers landline ever and no person on upper level to assist. When I asked for antiseptic liquid, salesman offered me shower gel. Please, train staff for basic English medical terms.

Stupid dum people I eva saw doesnt have proper system first they forgot to give recipt and second gave wrong similac to my maid wen I went to change I told them I dont want money Weneva they have correct give me a call some trainee saying we cant keep this like this we need slip I told them to check their system and I kept telling them my baby is hungry pls hurry up wateva u wanna do but shameless ppl kept me waiting for long I left in anger 😡Cant wait for them whole day wen my baby is hungry and told them to keep money and the similac both 😡😡 shameless doesnt care wat other person suitation they going through !!! Disappointed for medicine also they keep u waiting for half hour minimum!!
