Ive been coming to Urban Male Lounge for over 2 years and specifically getting my hair cuts with Essam for over 3 years. Highly recommend asking for Essam but Ive also used some of the other guys there when Essam has been away and theyve all been great. Overall great service and always happy with my hair and beard cut afterwards.

Came here for a haircut and full back wax. the staff was friendly and professional. the haircut was good, not amazing, but good. the backwax was amazing. the attendant was astoundingly fast and painless. It was the best wax experience I have had. One word though, if you pay via debit or CC they do not have a place for you to tip, so try and bring a bit of cash to tip with. Management if you read this you really need to have a place for tips in the cc/debit payment.

Probably one of the best salons I have been too and I have tried several out. The standard is exklusive and 6 star. Germany can learn a lot from the salon. My haircut was done by Atef, he was very good. I love my haircut, he is very very good.And the manicure, pedicure and facial was with Jozel. Wow what an amazing woman, she loves her job and she makes you feel like home. Just brilliant, also thanks to the other woman doing my hands and the woman doing cleaning my hair.I will be back next week. Thanks and keep the good work up.

Ive been to Urban Male Lounge for a haircut and beard trim. The service is great and they do a decent job with the cut, but not exceptional. My main issue is with the price, which is, in my opinion, too high for the service provided. You can find places that do as good a job for way less. Wont be visiting again anytime soon.

Got the hair color, trim, beard done at DIFC branch. The manager named as Chirstina at the payment counter offered to give dicount as the bill was amounting upto 1000 aed or else she claimed to give a complementary massage (full body) for the next 14 days for free which she claimed to range upto 300 aed for 60 mins. So I choose the massage to be booked later but when I called them first she said we stopped the service vouchers we gave when I argued that its not 14 dayz yet to my voucher expiry she again denied to give 30 mins complementary when she said herself in last visit of 60 mins. The only issue is they are highly unprofessional in serving customers and denying of what was said is the first plsce. Customer should be treated well as it is the service sector and should not falsify of yhe evidences and vouchers that are issued to them. I spent more time calling and fighting when I already paid them a handsome amount for services taken. Also raised complaint in ths consumer rights.

The Manicurist STAR from the Philippines has been exceptionally attentive and professional. She is literally a multitasker. She did my pedicure and eyebrow-threading and it was honestly a very good and professional one. I did not feel welcomed nor an inviting, relaxed environment here at all, so if youre expecting similar standard customer service, look elsewhere. I went for a haircut and was matched with Esam, whos communication skills are very poor, and was even downright rude; having an arrogant, unprofessional, bad attitude. He did not even ask how I would like my hair cut and when I attempted to quickly describe it, he laughed in my face and wanted to hurry me along without listening at all. At no point do they wash or even rinse out your hair, which is standard service for the fee that they charge. He made a rough and quicky job of it. At the end when I asked him to make a couple of quick finishing adjustments, I was very curtly told that, I dont have time, I have another client right now, arguing that hed done it correctly already, before he begrudgingly finished it in a rush. He didnt care to know what service to provide from the start, and then wants to kick you out before completing the job, so he can accept a new one for more money.The only saving grace was the the customer service skill of Bernard at the front desk. Kudos to him for proper handling and resolution of the situation. Sadly, the same could not be said for the other male supervisor/manager he initially brought over to assess the scenario. Cant say whether or not I would ever trust to patronize this business again. Buyer beware. 2 stars due to Bernards save. Otherwise, a 1 star experience at best.
