Amazing service, very genuine staff. The best barber I have met works there, he’s called Albert. I have been cutting with Albert for a year now, and he’s never disappointed me. I always go there now, even though it’s not even next to my house.

What an exceptional overall experience! My masseuse had really great technique, and was able to pin point the tension spots in my shoulders. The haircut and beard trim was done well, and my hairdresser gave me good tips and advice to keep my hair healthy here in Dubai.

It was my 1stTime there and finally after. 7 years in dubai i can say I found my favorite barber shop, i had shaun and he did an excellent job and gave me a great haircut.

Always good experience with this place. They treat you very well here. :) I have problem almost 2years to find proper barber here, but now I found it and I will not change it. Like women hair saloon but for men, you have feeling that they will take good care of you, and after busy and stressful day at work this is what we need.

Its taken me 20+years, countless number of barber shops, to finally discover this gem, 1847. I am the kind of guy who enjoys experiences while for some a haircut/beard shave/pedicure etc is a chore, but for me its significantly important personal time. Be it half an hour or an hour or more.Kudos to the minds behind this concept, they have taken the fine art of mens grooming to a completely different level altogether.1847 is located on the 1st floor of the recently opened The Springs Souk Mall. I was greeted by two lovely receptionists when I entered the shop. One from South Africa and the other from Kenya, they were ever so kind to inform about the various services available. I selected The Executive Beard Shave.I was then taken to a cozy waiting area. Small but pretty neat. I was offered water/tea/coffee. I waited for about a minute, when Kamran requested me to proceed for the beard shave.What followed was essentially a trip to Uber excellent service in mens grooming, thorough professionalism was at display, the kind of care/detail and effort Kamran put to carry out the beard shave was incredible, it is the attention to detail that took me aback, whether it was the positioning of my chair, or the temperature of face towel (hot or cold), or kind of lotion I prefer (moisturizer for dry skin, or for oily skin) etc.Moreover, usually the barbers have no clue of the shampoos/conditioners that are used at the shop, however, Kamran was knowledgeable, upon identifying an issue with my skin, he suggested a suitable product, not only did he know end to end about the product he also carried out a demonstration and with such level of intent, I was pleasantly surprised. Afterwards, not only did I buy the shampoo and conditioner, but also bought beard oil and wax.Once the service concluded, I requested the staff to show me around, the pedicure/manicure area is superb, with a personal 24 inch TV, Chromecast connected to each TV, and wireless Sennheiser headset for a disturbance free experience. The massage rooms were pretty nice as well, and then they have a VIP room, approx 20 Sq Mt of private space that included a chair for haircut/beard shave, a reclining chair for pedicure/manicure, a personal bathroom and massage bed.I highly recommend everyone to give this a try, just once, and rest assured, you are going to say bye bye to your existing grooming place and say hello to 1847.To describe my experience as phenomenal, in this case, is a gross understatement.Keep it up guys.

Noor is great and always does a great job. I find the guy at reception a little strange, but at least he is not a barber. A little expensive but worth it versus the other barbershops in the springs souk. Eg the barber shop is very poor.
