It was a nice salon, its very clean ,professional and reasonable price, 35 Dhs for haircut and 30 for beard totally 65 dhs, I like it and will be back there soon.

Just walked in and was being helped immediately. The hairdresser was a nice young man who told he came from sirya. He cut me very well and gave me a shampoo afterwards. Fast and efficient service. Recommendable and it costed only Durham 35

I had a worst experience with this saloon I visited this saloon through my friends reference, i used cutting ,shaving and hair masking, between they will put some creams and finally will charge more big cheaters. most of them guys here even dont understand what you are asking them to do.They cheat you and charge more.

I just walked in hoping I made the right decision. I have been looking for a decent massage and all I found today were dubious massage centres. Harry was very professional and the relaxing massage was truly relaxing. If I wasnt scheduled to be somewhere, I wpuld have slept there. Harry is highly recommended.

Ask for Jakki..he is extremely knowledgeable and if you show him a picture of a hairstyle he will match it perfectly. Had the worst haircut and met with the most ignorant saloon staff of all time.I have been here for a haircut seeing all this google reviews, i got assigned to a guy who doesnt speak a word of english, however i somehow conveyed to him what i wanted. I was looking for a decent and proper haircut, nothing fancy as such. But this one turned out to be one of the worst haircuts i have done in my life, this guy from nepal with 6 years of experience in the same saloon said that he was a pro. Very ameture and unprofessional way of talking as well. He wanted to convince me for a facial and he was consistently saying that ye facial aap karega toh aapka face mein hein na, ye pura kachada nikhaltha hai i was wondering about the zero professional training this guys recieve on taking to a customer.Will never recomment this saloon, do save your money - the place looks large like a haircutting supermarket but no quality and standards.

We called the salon to enquire about baby hair cut as my husband and baby both needed a hair cut and we thought of getting it done from one salon. The staff who attended the call was very rude to talk to and he mentioned that if the baby cries then he is not allowed in the salon. It is definitely not a family friendly salon and the concerned staff needs to be trained on customer service.

Compared to other salon in dubai, all the staffs were well experienced and everyone should go for their packages, simply a haircut makes u feel different.

Good salon overall—I have been coming there for 5 years now but my perception took a dramatic decline due to a certain Marlon who was unprofessional in talking to a customer. No proper channels for feedback and communication so I hope the manager can see this and take action.

Asked cost for a haircut they told me 30 AED, got the haircut but was asked to pay 110 because they put some oil in my hair without asking, and removed nose hairs without asking - absolute ripoff - will never go again!!!

The barbers are professionals, they use all items and know A-Z about hair, the best thing is its convenient and close by to the metro.The barbers do great cuts and make it comfortable.. they do hair wash and gel which is common but much betterSome are a bit rude and lazy but its good.

The place is generally good. I actually decided that this is going to be my only destination for hair cut until last time when I visited the place with my brother and they offered him a facial cleaning service without informing him about the price. When I was at the cashier, I was surprised with the space rocket bill. My advice, always ask about the price before you go. Always ask the barber to wash his hands. Always ask him to use sterilised tools. Always negotiate the price. Stay away from the useless oxygen service.

I would strongly advise against this place. They do additional treatments on you and tell you it’s free. When you get the the counter it will cost you 100aed!. All I asked for was a quick haircut. I’m there for 45 minutes while this idiot was trying to shave my face, wax my ears, wax my nose, remove blackheads etc. I stopped him and asked if this was part of the haircut price and he said yes. Haircut should be 35aed. Not 100. Don’t go there.

Very bad salon...had my worst facial at this salon...they basically destroyed my nose....i have black marks on my nose now...DONT GO TO THIS WORST SALON..
