I used this service twice 3-4 years ago and then stopped because of the very poor experience I got when it comes to dealing with customers.My sons asked me to bring them there 6 months ago and since I have seen a very good improvement in all aspects … especially I discovered Tommy who for us is the best. His humble attitude mixed with its professionalism and skills let me speechless so that I regularly come since then.However the negative point is about the booking experience which was not bad but just went down to bad couple of weeks ago. Our last visit as well for my son was ok only… not with Tommy, mine was great as usual 😉. In fact services provided to others automatically were not for my son although he paid the same price as adult which as well is inconsistent … don’t know the reason but weird…. My son was happy so I paid with no argue waiting for the next time.

I took my son to get an hair cut today Friday 2nd of June 2021. My appointment is with a guy called Rahbi, I told him the hair style I wanted for my son, before I finished my sentence, he said I cut him the last time and I know what to do. I went back to my seat and allowed him to do his job. Half way in, I realised he was doing something completely different, I approached him and said, this is not what I wanted for my son, this Rahbi guy turned around and said but, this is what my wife wanted the last time.I stopped him and told him what I would like for my son, although this guy listened eventually after a few exchange of words, but it was the worse hair cut I have ever seen in my life. This guy clearly don’t know how to cut a certain ethnic background hair and he charged me AED125.00 for a 9 years old. I would have been happy to pay the money, if he was good at his job.Please guys be mindful of this place and their barbers. This Rahbi guy was extremely rude and highly unprofessional. I have been living in UAE for 8 years, and I have never had an issue with my hair cut. My wife took my son to this place when I was travelling and for some reason my son like the place, because of the picture of Will Smith and Anthony Joshua they have on their wall. My son feels they are celebrity barbers, but I can tell you for a fact this Rahbi guy does not know how to do a simple fade.I am happy to send pictures to prove this.

Wasn’t impressed. Staff were nice but the job wasn’t done proper. Had to shave a few spots myself at home as there were long hairs still sticking out. The backside of my head was just weirdly shaved in one lengths rather than a proper fade. Sadly can’t recommend this place.

No social Distancing, very unprofessional and RUDE barbers. When the so-called owner replies to a review with yet another rude reply, then one doesnt wonder anymore why the staff have no manners. You dont address me by my 1st name, its Mr. Ghassan to you. When you want to be an owner of a business its your responsibility and duty to hear from the client what happened. No, I wont stay at home, instead I will go everywhere and give the rating to whoever deserves it. UPDATE, Now YOU should stay at home and look for the meaning of the word RESPECT. When your receptionist points at the chair, that doesnt mean she escorted me to it. When your impolite barber talks to me in a rude manner because he was I annoyed that I asked him why his client isnt wearing a mask, and when the barber that I booked an appointment with leaves me sitting on the chair for 10 minutes while he finishes his cigarette, I hardly find that RESPECTFUL.

After a long research and feedbacks I finally decided to go with beats and cuts for my wedding haircut and beard ! Travelled all the way from Abu Dhabi to Dubai (for people who live in the Uae know how difficult it is right now due to the restrictions) And I I DO NOT REGRET IT ! My haircut and styling by Saber was exceptional and it was a fantastic experience.. I got the haircut exactly how I pictured it and he was able to transform my look beyond my expectations.. a wonderful experience and on top of the beautiful cut, we had a superb conversation.. definitely going back there in the near future.. I’ve been a long time client of this barbershop, and what’s good is that they always give the best quality of service every visit. Price is reasonable, place is clean, nice atmosphere, and easy to find a parking.I would personally recommend Jhay, top-notch guy.

I couldn’t be happier - I highly recommend Rabi who is an immaculate professional and clearly very skilled at his job.Having been to Afro barbers all my life worrying that any other background of barber would ruin my hair, Rabi simply smashed the stereotype out of the park. I’m not lying when I say this is the best trim I’ve ever had. It’s my understanding that Rabi has cut celebrities’ hair including Will Smith, French Montana, Oscar (Chelsea FC) and many other prominent football players.I assume many of you will just want a haircut, which is priced at 125 AED (£26) which is a steal if you ask me for a man of his talents. Don’t risk any other barber, go for Beats and Cuts.

It’s not easy finding a proper barber shop to clean up my mop on top - not even in my hometown. My friend local to Dubai recommended this spot to me. At first, I was bit skeptical. I checked out the Instagram and there was style for days; however, my hair and other brothers like me isn’t as fair as the local fare. Considering I didn’t know where else to go, I dropped in unannounced and I was fortunate enough to have Ace sit me down with Tomy who did a thorough job. His attention to detail was impeccable and he made sure to only clean my usual barber’s lines and not introduce something new without my permission. I highly recommend Beats and Cuts. The atmosphere/art/music/cut work was all on point.

Beats and cuts has been my one stop shop for all my hair and beard treatment. The place really stands out against all my previous experiences. The staff is really professional especially my barber Saber, hes an artist when it comes to fading. I love the shops strict policy when it comes to punctuality, Marvin from reception always follows up prior to appointment plus he is very warm and welcoming. One of the best things I enjoy at this place is the awesome music they play, they know how to change your mood after a long stressful day at the office.

Honesty, the barber was professional but I didnt like the colour he applied on my hair. I was expecting a sincere advice from him as the colour was absolutely not suitable to my overall appearance.

I moved to Dubai from the NYC area and I struggled finding a barbershop that can match the level of haircut I was used to. After searching and trying other locations, I came across Beats & Cuts. Finally! I was able to get the best haircut and beard maintenance in Dubai! Booking with them is easy, the shop is located in a great area with easy parking, and Jay is one of the best barbers in Dubai, hands down! Always on time and gives excellent fades! The shop is clean and professional. I highly recommend Beats and Cuts!

The cut was good, but could be better, the experience was sort of ruined because of the horrible work on the outline, but the fade was great. Some Tribe Called Quest, G Unit and other classic hits would be cool, instead of radio hits from 14 years ago. Overall cool place, might come back but Ill still look around for some reasonably priced barber shops

Rabi, Rabi, Rabi, Rabi... compares to my first experience, this was far better. The cut was done well, but treatments need a little work and attention. Other than that, Rabi was great, entertaining... and knows how to cut hair! Definitely would recommend you pass by.

Too many good reviews have made this place arrogant. Had to fix my own hair when I got home as it was uneven. Told my hairdresser, who was half asleep, he refused to fix it. Well overpriced and well over hyped.

I overall enjoyed the experience. I forgot the barbers name but he was Vietnamese. He tried his best to keep up a good banter. There was a lot of attention to detail as well. The only issue that I had was my haircut isnt exactly the style I wanted. When I tried to explain. He would ssy I know I know I know. But I do like my cut. He took his time. Another issue would be the prices but Im from NYC so they seem high but after some research they are fairly standardIf I could say one thing to do it would be to post more pictures on social media. No one cares whose hair you cut. Can you do my hair is the ultimate question. Customer service was good as well. I would pribprob come back as well

Visited the place for the first time today. Had a haircut from Abdullah (might have misheard the name). Best cut Ive had so far in Dubai - did exactly what Id asked for in a quick and easy manner. The venue is great - relaxed and cool. If youre like me and fancy a good cut in a relaxed and down-to-earth venue, then Id definitely recommend the place.

Amazing work! First day in Dubai and I ran late because I got lost. The barber told me to choose beard or hair since he had a client in 20 minutes. Then he rushed me to the chair and did it all, beard, fade, edge up, and hair! He did excellent and was only a few minutes late with his next client. Did I mention he washed and styled my hair along with giving me a hot towel to the face? Unreal! Will be returning. No wonder why French Montana comes here

Let me clarify that my review is purely based on my experience over the phone with them - I havent visited the salon and dont think I would like to anymore. Im not a person who behaves in this manner but I just hung up the call on them. It was the first time I was calling to enquire and the guy on the other side was very sarcastic in his responses to my queries. He asked me for when I want the appointment, I said around 11.00 on Saturday and it seems the word around ticked him off. He wanted to know the precise/exact time. I probably was expected to say, 11.04.30 or something. Thanks for the experience.

I have been a few times. I normally get Jay Fade or the guy next to him. Last time I went I got someone else. Not a bad cut and shave but could be better if from one of the other guys I mentioned.

Going to a new barber shop is always a nerve-wrecking experience as we dont know what to expect with the Haircut. However, as soon as i entered the shop i already knew that it would be all good. My Barber (Tommy) did a great job and i will definitely go there again. I reccomend this to everyone

I tried to open the door to get in that says push but you actually need to pull in and the receptionist prompt came, half opened the door and asked me what I wanted? He stopped me from getting in and I informed him that I wanted to book an appointment for my sons to have their hair cut...all while standing outside. He then let me in and asked me how old my sons were and when I told him 3 years he made a face and asked me if they cry because this kind of salon doesnt entertain crying children. I asked him if they cut young childrens hair and if they ever cried...to which he said yes. In short he was extremely unwelcoming and rude. We had Osama and Tala cut the boys hair and they did a decent job as the boys had had a previous bad hair cut. Just some advice, afro hair needs combing before you cut it, if you want it to be even. Also it goes a long way when you to talk to your customers and engage with them. Its polite and makes your client feel welcome. We are all different nationalities here in Dubai we just need to be nice to each other. Otherwise your shop was clean, cute and the music was super fantastic. I know you will reply with a generic message which says Thank you for your feedback... But to be honest I came to your shop because I saw that you cut afro hair so when I was met with such hostility at the door and no warmth when the boys were having their hair it really made me feel sad.

They dont know how treat people at all and there is no costumer service. One more thing the receptionist his name is Assie he dont how talk to costumers he talk to me like hes the owner 😠😠😠

At first I was a bit surprised at the result and a bit worried about how my hair would look after growing for 5 weeks. But now 5 weeks later my hair style still doesnt need a new cut yet anytime soon. Thus, Im a satisfied with the overall result.

I have been looking for a good barber like we have back home and this is as close as it gets.

My barber barely spoke english and was very unfriendly so he just did what he wanted i guess, because when I told him to cut my ides on 9mm he cut them for whatever reason on 3mm and when it came to my top hair, the same again. I asked him to cut only a bit of my hair but in a way so I can keep my current hairstyle, what I guess he did not understand as he just grabbed my hair and cut a huge amount of it in a straight line which totally ruined my hairstyle and let me look terrible with almost no hair on top and the sides. I am really disappointed and can not recommend to got there

Shop is nice and the barbers are nice...EXCEPT Rabi.Do not make the same mistake I made, do not follow his Instagram and look at him in photos with all of the celebs and go to him (if you follow these celebs on insta you will see they have all gone to other shops on their recent trips here)Rabi way of cutting hair is getting it one as quick as possible, whilst checking his watch every 5 minutes.If you are not a millionaire, or do not have 500K followers on instagram he will cut your hair with no respect and make you feel like he is doing you a favour!The guy next to him Jay, always has customers and cuts ALOT better than him, so either go to Jay or do not go at all.DO NOT FALL FOR THE RABI TRAP! (If you do, fall for the trap, do not ask Rabi to do something differently to what he is doing because he will purposely mess your hair up)

Best barber shop in Dubai. 10/10 I shall be returning. 100 AED may seem a lot but it is worth its money. Rabi you did good!!
