I visited the restaurant today, there were 3 talabat Delivery guys waiting, the moment we entered the manager kicked them out in the rudest way. He said enough now get out.We are in a desert country and those guys were kicked outside to sweat. I told the manager its not right. He said we have many orders and cannot have these people inside.The entire restaurant was empty and the talabat guys were sitting in a corner.These people are humans who deserve AC like anyone. We left immediately.U guys are sad, just disgusting.

Unpleasant experience - Went there to dine, but changed mind and ordered through Zomato for pickup as the restaurant was too noisy due to a group of people chit chatting as if in a fruit market.The staff were obviously not in a good mood as the same group were keeping on ordering even though the time was 15 minutes past the closure time. (I ordered 20 minutes before closure and was watching all this while my order was getting prepared).Once my order was marked as ready for pickup on Zomato, I went to the counter and showed the same. To my surprise, he thought me to be a delivery boy and told me to go and collect the order from behind the kitchen.No matter how bad your mood is, as a service provider one needs to be in their senses while handling customers.But honestly, the taste of food was good.

My wife and I had a very enjoyable dinner here last night. The atmosphere was calm and quiet and the service attentive but not pushy.We enjoyed a plate of chaat and friend prawns to start with, both very tasty and fresh.The mains were Chicken Biryani, Chicken Handi, Afghani Tikka, Reshmi Kabab and Qeema Naan. Everything was cooked perfectly and the flavours were authentic and spiced well. My particular favourite was the Afghani Tikka, which had such a great texture and taste.Dessert was ok but nothing special, I was so full it didn’t matter!Thanks for having us and we hope to visit again soon.Available for delivery.No toilets on site.

Went for dinner a couple of weeks ago and we loved it!It did not look much from the outside but the food was delicious, big portions and well priced. The staff was nice and the service was very fastThe highlights of the dinner were the Chicken Behari Kabab, it was an explosion of flavors with a super juicy texture and The Palak paneer was the best I have ever had, I loved the crunchy ginger. I would definitely go back just to have those two again. The Chaana Chat for starters was also super good.We also had Rashmi Kabab which was so tasty and many other dishes, all of them we enjoyed.I wished they delivered to my area as would definitely go for the take away option too

Barbecue Delights, motocity location is nice, indoor outdoor sitting, Food taste was normal karhai and handi s are spicy and oily as I think mainly Asians like such. Lamb chops were good. Kandhari roti can be the right choice in bread, ENTERTAINER is not warmly welcome there, so I will not recommended to use entertainer at this place. Because they treat different.

We had a really tasty and authentic meal here last night. As soon as we walked in, the manager greeted us warmly and talked us through the menu. He recommended a few must try items and offered advice on things we hadn’t heard of before. As soon as we walked in we saw the ‘Chaat Corner’ so started with Dahi Puri which was one of the highlights of the meal, it was so tasty, tangy, sweet and crunchy all in one mouthful! We also had fried prawns with fries, which even though very pleasant, seemed out of place in the starters section.The mains were very enjoyable and were large portions. A particular favourite of mine was the Chicken Biryani and the Chicken Handi. My husband loved the Afghani Tilkka.Desserts were a little hit and miss. The Gulab Jamun were sweet and soft, the Kheer was spiced nicely but was a little bland.Overall a lovely meal, great service and perfect for a weeknight visit.They do delivery and have other branches in Dubai also.(No toilets in the restaurant and the ones near by had no paper and weren’t pleasant).

Must go when you want to have true Pakistan taste .....good food

Upon entering this place you will feel the desi vibe! A warm welcome at the door and a visible chaat counter. We don’t really go to motor city much, but we wanted to visit this restaurant that everyone is talking about. We enjoyed the fresh orange juice, the Dahi puri (perfect for 2 people) and the reshmi kebab. It was not that spicy so kids can have it too.

Mr Adnan the manager is a gem of person! Our booking didnt get confirmed through online booking, however after quick communication with the head office, Mr Adnan stepped in and took care of our order with due care and attention. The moment we entered this restaurant we were greeted warmly. The staff were very friendly and all the dishes came on time. Although there were a couple of other guests seated, the supervisor still visited every table to make sure things were fine. I recommend the dahi puri as a starter and reshmi kabab for the main course. We didnt get a chance to try their desserts, so we will be back for sure!

You will like the place , the manager was a nice person the food was good , the price is average , is not a expensive restaurant but not a cheap one too .We tried chicken kahari @37 Dhs was amazing with naan @7 Dhs and drinking yoghurt @ 14 Dhs per glass was too expensive.We tried the lamb ribs @90 Dhs it was good but the taste wasnt worth the amount .They accept the entertainer as well.In general its nice to try once .

One of the worst I have seen in my life , specially in EID DAYS. Dishes were nothing and very less quantity and average quality. If you wana waste money then try to go...One star is more than enough for this type of bouffet.... my 1sf and last experience.....

It was totaly disapointing Iftar dinner here. We were happy with Dragon Mart branch but here the staff manager looks like a boss of his own kingdom, also it was not a value for money too. Sitting for couple might b fine but family gathering is like spread on more than 2 tables. Dishes were also limited as compared to the other resturants. Waste🤦‍♂️

Very nice place, one of the best Paksitani restaurants in Dubai. They always seem to have amazing dishes full of flavour. Really enjoy their Mutton ribs, definitely one of my favourites. Other than that, they have many dishes that are amazing but mutton karahi chicken karahi, haleem amd mutton biryani stand out. Their roghni naan and tandoori rotis are really good too. Keep it up guys

Horrible experience! If you are desperate and living in Motor City then better to do Copper Kettle. BBQ branch is the worst, overpriced and will leave you very disappointed. I will never use them again.

Simply Awesome. Authentic taste, happy to see the simple but complete menu. Tried chicken ginger and Malai boti , garlic Naan was like king of all garlic Naans I have eaten before. Parking is available in the same building. Nice ambience and good staff.

Desi ambience, with good quality food. The place gets a bit conjusted when its crowded however, there is ample space for 50 visitors at once. There is available parking at the back and if its full you can always get it around the building corner for free. The food is really really nice, we have went many times its delicious with the same level. The staff is nice and friendly too.

Not sure how this restaurant has 4.2 star when the food does not meet the review expectation. The manager with grey suit and the staff needs to be trained on customer care and communication skill!Plates were cleared from table without asking if we were done with the food or not, the chicken in butter chicken was over cooked and the texture was hard as a stone, the Bihari kebab wasn’t Bihari kebab!Never coming back!

I went barbecue delights Motor city with my family last night. it was good experience staff are neat and clean food was amazing I ordered bbq special platter and mutton Peshawari karahi Everything is served with perfect presentation I enjoyed alot I will visit again soon.

Worst customer service ever.. they guy Zafer has no concept of customer service.. he kept arguing for a simple mistake on his end. And rather than listening to what I was saying, he charged me for their own mistake..

Place was cozy and enough room for 5 to 7 families. The food was amazing

Good Ambiance. Puri Paratha was good. Garlic Naan was even better and crispy. chicken tikka, was average... paneer tikka disappointing (sorry) .. chana (chollay) was good. Food took long time to prepare although. Cost us 220 dirham for 3 people.

Could have been better, but is a nice place to dine in.Service is good, cleanliness needs improvement.Reply to my review - Please note there were FLIES in your restaurant, this is part of cleanliness. If it was clean, there would be NO FLIES. I didnt concoct up a review out of thin air. Dont just undermine customers, listen first if you would like to succeed.

Amazing chicken Karachi and barbeque

The curries were good. Disappointed with the grill tho. The menu clearly said charcoal grilled lamb chops but what we received were some deep fried chops sitting on a plate of chips. Not great for 75 AED, no salad or anything. The 3 curries we ordered were good. My advice if you go order Pakistani curries.

Went here whilst on holiday. The food was amazing especially the bihari kabab and biryani. The staff was really friendly and polite, I went there about four times for the two weeks I was there it was that good!! Absolutely amazing well done!

Donot get fooled now a days from their 20 per cent discount. They have reduced quantity of food and size of kabab 20 per cent so no discount just attraction.Although taste is good.

One of the best priced and freshly cooked food experiences for authentic Pakistani food. Very well priced and the food platters are very good as is their barbeque and karahi dishes. Also on entertainer which is a bargain if your a large group.

We are regular clients of the BD down on JBR and so expected similar quality food. We ordered a number of mains including a Butter Chicken main. It’s clear that these guys have no idea what Butter Chicken is. The food was delivered and instead of the butter chicken, they had delivered Chicken Corma. The food is not of the same quality as at JBR and we won’t use the restaurant again.

Nice place in motor city. Their iftar value buffet was great. The delivery menu is also quite extensive and everything is delivered hot.

Unlike their quality and taste of their food, their staff is very rude. You call them for any order to pick it and you will find it that they will start preparing it once you arrive their to pick. Ask them to deliver something and they will make excuses for the deliveries. Last year I wanted to organize a get together and they failed to give me a qoutation after multiple reminders. The ppl siting behind the counters wont even look at you while taking take-away orders. Waiters are still fine but the other staff seriously needs overhauling.

Not very happy with the food yesterday. The mutton seekh kebab was not fully cooked. The green / tamarind chutneys were watery n no taste. The chicken halim had only taste of clove powder... could not find chicken in it.Very disappointed.

You should order from them only if you want to get cheated.As they described something else in the menu and give you something else.Then they will insist for example small fish pieces are called fish fillet. As it was a fillet at some point of time then it was changed to small fish pieces but still they have full right to declare it and sell you as fish fillet because it was fillet at some point of time.

I went for Iftar buffet at their Motor city branch with my husband. first they made is sit out side in 30+ temperature with no coolers . coming to the food. food was so bad oily and poorly cooked that I had to vomit it off and later gave me food poisoning.The buffet area was so crowded that we couldnt bear the poor ambiance and left the place in half an hour. Would not recommend to anyone.

Very tasty food. Stand out dish was the Chaana Chatt, also tried the peas pulao on a recommendation from the waiter which was also great. Tasty chicken kebabs which aren’t spicy so good for children. We always end up over-ordering but no problem as we can enjoy it all over again for lunch the next day!

They are worth zero rating for their service I ordered at 7:48pm and still didnt not recieve delivery yet. When followed first he didnt give the exact info later I get a call about its delay and will need 15 more minutes and now its another half an hour from the call no delivery yet. After 45 minutes delivery boy calls from wrong delivery address. Such unprofessinal and Worst service resturant ever if you cant manage orders properly dont accept orders.

We used to really like Bbq delights when it first opened up in motor city. Over the past couple of months their food quality has dropped drastically. Sometimes they forget to give raita and the biryani has hardly any chicken except for three small flimsy pieces. We have stopped ordering from them because even though we specifically told the guy we would return the food if the chicken biryani didn’t have proper chicken, they sent the same three small flimsy pieces.Update:-Their biryani meat pieces have gone back to the normal size post Ramadan.
