If you are looking for authentic Arabic food then this is the best place to visit, I had such a great time there and loved their salad and already ordered once. They have really helpful staff and met there with Mr Rami who is such a humble person and loved his company too. Food was like heaven and bbq was giving some really good taste and meat was melting in mouth. Recommending everyone to pay a must visit there.

It’s one of restaurants that’s on the corner of the street. Although many people might know about it, it still felt like a hidden gem. The reason I say gem is because the food left me feeling really content. The meat was so tender and juicy. The fries were seasoned and had a distinct flavour. The condiments hummus, garlic sauce and tahini sauce were creamy and rich. The salad was fresh as was the rest of the food. The falafel were perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside & tasted very authentic to its origin. Something I didn’t pay close attention to but caught me by surprise were the juices. It’s been a while since I have had such a pleasant experience with freshly squeezed juice. Their orange juice complimented the meal very well. What tops the entire review is the reasonable price tag attached to the menu. And I can’t forget to mention how lovely the staff is. Unfortunately bad food with miserable taste. I got food poison because of the bad Flafel and Shawrma they have. I dont advise to get any thing from Shami Gourment. It got nothing to do with Syrian food. Just the name but never the taste or quality. Im sure they didnt change frying oil for more than a week. This is my last time with SG

Mixed grill is my favourite in here, meats are really good and the mousakha tastes nice too. Server are very friendly they even gave us a complimentary nutella crepe .

Vast array of choices which is great! There is bound to be something tasty here for everyone. I ordered the shish tawook platter and it was definitely worth the wait. The chicken was marinated very well and chicken was moist and tasty. Hummus and toum were good as well as my salad. I will definitely be back for more. Staff is also friendly and good with their recommendations.

The menu is not very lengthy, it was my first visit to Shami restaurant, a friend suggested to try their browsers chicken, so I ordered that in a meal deal and cheese manakish .I never had such a delicious breasted chicken ever,the food was fresh, prepared right in front, the salad was crispy fresh and full of taste, the cheese manakish was superb, I couldn’t eat it all so I got it packed for take away and had it the next day and trust me the broast tasted the same delicious.They are located at torch towers & are open almost 24 hours, so you can grab a delicious meal even after the club or after parties.

I used to order as always their charcoal whole chicken and that is my favorite. But Im not happy now with the quality of their chicken its, not the same as before. Its burned and the taste its different. Please bring back the old taste of it

Good place if you are looking for real food after midnight. I think they open until 2:30a.m. I found this after most kitchens were closed at 1am. We have a Greek salad (very big bowl), chicken kebab platter (Chicken little precooked to me, but not bad, with good french fries). The only dish I dont like is spicy potatoes. I am happy to eat at here with fresh cooking. You can see all meat, skewers choices, vegetables...in cooler. Chef is cooking right behind and you can see the action. Good place to eat. Will come again for sure, especially late night.Sorry no photos, too hungry, too late!

Food is really tasty and freshly made. However it takes an age to arrive if youre in store and even longer if youre at home. Weve ordered several times and it always takes over an hour. On occasion, the team call to cancel the order and refuse to order again on the phone.

Very disapointed with Shami in the last period although we are regular clients since 2015.I know its a tough periof but I have the feeling nothing its the same with Shami anymore.Two days ago I ordered from them, they called me 30 minutes later to tell me that the delivery company is not working anymore, seriously you did not know that info at the time of the order?Today I ordered again, after confirming the order they told me that the minimum order its 150 dirhams, never heard about that before.The lady told me its better to pay cash, and ask me if she needs to sand change so I confirmed I have a 200 dirhams bill so she should send change. Guess what ?The delivery guy came after 1 hour and 40 minutes and he did not have change.How is this possible, what happen with the Shami we use to know?Called the lady and she was completly lost, she could not explain what happen.Looking forward to hear from the management, I will post review on google from now on for each and every order.

Delicious but need more repair

Sat in Shami waiting for food. All tables are sticky and flys hovering around and landing on most most tables. Floor looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks and all their seating is falling apart. Thankfully It’s close to my apartment, The Food is good and cost friendly otherwise I wouldn’t be dining here. Clean up shami pls

Raw onion, many flys always, chicken taste as lamb and the most annoying fry machine that sounds like hospital heat beats. The flys and the hospital machine makes the experience be chaotic. Its said see a place going down so deep and fast...Update: I will be back, If any of these problems keeps the rate will keep too. If they are solved, I will exclude it. ;)

Ordered twice but disappointed both times. Guys stop making pizza as u guys are not made for that. In my recent pizza cheese was not even melted properly. Looks like they have used red water on the pizza base. Pizza was all wet.

Im totaly Disapointed. Again there is porblem with order. Todya they canceled my order and didnt inform me. Ones I called they told me that they dont delivery my food. Its was after 12 am. Its usually great. Cheap and good food. But today they lost my order. After 20 mins I went to check because my buzzer hadnt gone off. She sent my order to the kitchen again. They lost it again! After another 15 minutes I went back to the counter and stood and waited to make sure they didnt lose my order a third time. I asked for the manager and showed him the order time on the receipt from nearly 40 minutes ago and suggested he needs more kitchen staff. He took the receipt without saying a word and wandered off. I thought he might have offered me a refund or at least said sorry for the wait or thanks for letting me know but he said nothing and did nothing.
