The place is very nice in the roof top and avoid humidity they had given cover like dome which Is very nice to spend on summer as well. Drinks multiple options available both Mocktail and cocktails but food options were limited. Fish and mutton kababs were good. Chicken kababs are not that great.

Level 8 by koyla is a brand new shisha lounge located at Marriott Jaddaf.It is a partially air conditioned rooftop hangout spot.They are offering indian,desi chinese and international dishes on their menu along with shisha,mocktails and cocktails.Our choice of drinks were mango tango & virgin mojito.For shisha,we tried kiwi mint and grape mint.Both were nice.Moving on to food,we highly recommend their desi chinese dishes like chicken manchurian,chilli paneer.Their menu mostly consists of comfort food.Service was excellent.

I am a huge fan of koyla ,oud metha. they offer best food, ambiance and totally worth sheesha. I dined in their roof top branch last night which makes evrything more outstanding and fruitful. Thanks to Mr. Nithish for making our experience last so well.

Level8 is the best place you can enjoy in Dubai & having amazing service. The staff is really very professional & interact with the customers always to fulfill their requirements. The atmosphere was awesome with great DJ Aaron. Nice view from the top of Mariott Jadaff. You can also find some deals (special days) on drinks & food..Overall I will recommend this place to enjoy the evening time with friends & family.

I Recently celebrated my birthday with friends at Level 8 lounge. The arrangements were great - be it music, food, shisha/ drinks. With the AC enclosures in place, we could enjoy the rooftop in our private space. I have to make a Special mention of our servers - Alam and Bhoopal - who took very good care of all the guests and made sure we got everything we needed. Would definitely keep coming back and also recommend Level 8 lounge to others.

The only reason I am giving this place 3 stars is because of Raushan and his service. If it were not for him, I would have given 1 star. Issues with the place are mentioned below.1. We were a party of 8 which was pre-informed and yet we were made to sit in a pod that was designed for 6. As a consequence, it was hot and stuffy and people had absolutely no space to move. If anyone had to move to get to the washroom, the next 3 people next to them had to get up and move out in order for the affected person to exit the pod.2. Our reservation was made for 9:30, we received a call at 9:27 asking us where we were and pushing us to get there on time. Average holding time for a table is 10-15 mins in Dubai, I am not sure why I am being pushed to arrive 3 mins early.3. Upon arrival during dinner time, we were told by our server that the food that we want is not available because a bigger than anticipated crowd has arrived so they have run out of food. As a consequence, once we left the place, couple of us had to go to McDonalds for a bite.4. The shisha that was served was atrocious. My pipe had a hole in it which I tried to fix by wrapping my hands around it to no avail. When I made the server aware of it, he said there is no problem but upon my insistence he changed the pipe. Small win for me.5. We ordered shots which arrived hot. Hot shots. We had to ask them to refrigerate the shot and bring it back after 15 mins.6. Our bill was AED 2,298 and using Zomato Pro we paid including tip AED 1,533.7. If there will be an imposition of a minimum spend because of a live singer, at least make sure the live singer is of decent quality. It was rather cringeworthy and we wanted to leave as soon as the first high note was hit.

Excellent place to hand out with friends. Staff are attentive and prices are reasonable. Food is great too. Highly recommend this place to all.Cheers!

On 11 th june 2021 i went to koyla rooftop ( L8 lounge ) i order 5 shisha and one bbq plater worth (250 aed ) i was shoked from service they brought shisha with no flavour taste and food after 1 hour 20 min we was super hungry u wont belive once i recive the bbq plater it was to smelly and even not cooked properly once i had a bite of it was discusting zero service and zero quilty of food i will not recomend any one plz dont go there once we make complain they took it casually and start excusing i got charged full bill of 600 AED i would rather go to street cafeteria rather then going Koyla rooftop ( L 8 lounge )

One of the best places I have ever been. Amazing atmosphere , quite and peaceful. The staff are really friendly too. Please ask for Mr. Alam or Dipesh , they’ll treat you like a king. Dipesh makes really nice chai so ask him for his special chai. Over all really nice and I’ll visit whenever I get the chance.

Taste very pale and bland.Ordered veg sandwich : Very average.Waiters around were not even bothered to attend the customers sitting around calling for assistance.Only the manager was still courtesy and looked after the customers around asking for anything required but the waiters were not even looking at customers Incase any wanted to have to order or ask for Shisha.Overall good due to the open rooftop and ShishaBut due to food + service might not bother to try.

The place is nice, however the service was horrible. Its unbelievable how we had to beg for service over there. After making a payment of AED 500 before even entering we had to wait from 10:30 pm to 1 am and yet the food was not ready or never brought to the table. At the end we had to just walkout without eating. Very disappointing.. we will not be going there again..

Your Valentines Event was a BIG FAIL. Not organized, over priced, food and drinks were really bad, SERVICE is the WORST. We reached by 10:30 pm and had to wait till 11:30 pm to place the 1st order. We had to keep calling servers to come to our table just to follow up. The manager even came to our table to tell us the server was coming and no one came till we got up and brought someone to our table. I cannot believe we paid 250 AED for this (even paid UPFRONT?!) Will never go there again and NOT RECOMMENDED.

A casual dining lounge koyla rooftop just recently been opened here in al jaddaf and this was my first visit after a Recommendation from alot of people whove been there so I visited this amazing restaurant which was the most epic experience of all time koyla is most famous for its advanced 90 flavours of shisha but also it serves the most yummm food and an excellent array of cocktails and mocktails a must visit if you’re in Dubai ,the staff are very courteous and attentive the manager is the most humble and welcoming, the service was very good and fast , i was in love with the Shihsa flavour best seller, which was commissioner And the CHEESECAKE was the highlight i loved my experience there and will definitely order again..xx

Last night I visited Koyla Rooftop Grill Jaddaf situated in the heart of a semi-urban area near Bur Dubai, a place swiftly growing with desi crowd.I was immediately struck with its decor which has a stunning mix of luxury and modernity. Every table is well placed. The menu offers a wide variety of delicious and mouthwatering starters and main courses that will appeal to youngsters and adults alike. I had both the starters and main course along with one of Koylas well known flavor of Shisha.Smoking shisha outdoors in this weather was all I was waiting for and Koyla Rooftop Grill made my visit worth every puff inhaled and exhaled in exuberance.
