One of the ADCB digital center where you can pick up your new debit or credit card upon request.Good location near downtown in the middle of City Walk.Unfortunately there is no parking but you can park just infron of the ADCB.There is 2 video KIOSKS for printing new cards the whole process takes around 15 min and if you need any assistance there is always someone ready to help including.The ATM machine is just right next to the brunch. Including cash redraw and deposit options(cash or cheque).

Very good customer service. Impressed with the way they attended the special request to give the service after their working hours. If you are finished with your Cheque leaf then you can request them to get it immediate few leaf for your urgent requirement. This is the only branch in Dubai where you get this service in ADCB.

Great hi-tech experience, I lost my bank card I went to ubank directly to get new one. I was digitally verified fast though webcam and the machine printed me a new card no time! Amazing experience & top customer service.

Lifesaver service

One of the best option to open a bank account instantly.. U WILL get ur debit card and also chq book on the spot.. The most important is it is open on Friday at a very Convinient time between 3 to 6 pm...customer service by Ms Gia and Mr nadir was awsum and very great.. Overall I would add many stars from my side apart from 5 mentioned.......must tryyyyyy

Services are very limited, you would expect a digital bank to be more convenient, this proves the opposite.

Mafia teller branch and no teller, the number is incorrect, and Dubai branches are very few
