Bad experience for protein..

Sadly, my experience was soured recently after I was told that the credit note I had been issued had to be used in store and could not be used for home delivery. Normally I wouldnt mind, but I have just had surgery and am unable to walk far and at a normal walking pace. Also, the credit note was issued because I was recommended (and then bought unknowingly) a product containing a substance that I had declared before my order that I was allergic to. As the product sent to me was more expensive than the non-allergenic altenative (note that I had ordered the product over the phone for home delivery upon their recommendation), I was offered an exchange and a credit note for the difference in price because a refund is not company policy. I am disappointed because I have just had to walk to another branch of Life pharmacy whilst feeling nauseous just to buy with my credit note a necessary product, which I require for my post-surgery recovery. Its a shame that in this instance this branch favoured its company policy over costumer satisfaction especially as I accepted the credit note in the end rather than the refund I was owed to spare the branch from the administrative work to issue me a refund. On top of that, I was told that if I accepted the credit note (again, as a result of a purchase stemming from their recommendation) that I would not be entitled to claim any vouchers, which would have normally been offered on my purchase of AED493.13. Whilst I showed this branch some compassion for their recommendation error, this is the thanks I received.

Very good service and they always have any medication I require. The staff are very welcoming and they do come out if there’s no parking if you call them for a specific product which really helps.My go to place for anything pharmaceutical

Good size pharmacy. Location is good as you can do other things in the area such as a grocery shopping in the next door supermarket and plenty of restaurants (Japanese / Arabic / burgers). Parking space is ample around the pharmacy area. Good selection of products, including different types of tea, air humidifiers, among other items. This pharmacy has some good offers from time to time, particularly on vitamins and over the counter products. Pharmacist on location is helpful. Delivery service is slow on an occasional basis.
