Only thing Ive had issues with is gift cards, if you have one, use it in store only, I lost out on 500 aed because I used online and it got cancelled but money was never returned or credited even after I called them 11 times! Each time they admitted fault and promised it will be sorted in 24 hours and it never did.

I suppose to receive my item but no one contact me !and there is no way to contact you online customers service terrible they advice me to wait until shop will open ! I need urgent reply or any email i can address this

Very bad and so upset The system is not working since 30 minutes from opening the branch. And the staff is not telling the truth to the customer
