They sold me a near expired product ,when I felt taste and dilution issue in first scoop, I checked date and it’s about to expire. When I complained to staff they can’t help and mail the details to costumer care. Unfortunately I didn’t check date ,never expect to get a product al the way from 2019

If I talk about staff they are well-natured and cooperative. Most of the stores lack in replacement service, Thumbs up for the guest service 👍.

The one handling the what’s up number is totally sleeping reading my massage and ignoring me , canceled this service if you are not able to serve your customers through this platform very disappointed
