Dip branch is a long way out with no transport back to civilisationThe check in Process was very slow even with any a few customers, I cant imagine how long it would take if they were busy.Staff were friendly and they completed the service on the same day

Good service & faster return of vehicle than the SZR service Centre.

Useless place. If you try to call them, nobody will bother to answer the phone. Talked to the manager and only then someone called me back and promised to look into my matter and call back again. Guess what! Since manager was not involved anymore = no call back. If you not tied with warranty matters just save your time and get serviced in other place

It was ok still waiting for the follow quotation for suggested repair on the suspension. They promised to send next day. Never heard back

Only come here because its part of my package with the purchase of a new car. Will never come back here once my service package is up. Slow rude staff, under trained. Only saving grace is the lady who works up stairs. Shes lovely.

The location is very remote so taxi is a must to go back after giving the vehicle for service. The location is very specious but working with less manpower so takes more time for service.

Better to use other services center if you live in Discovery garden

Lot of confusion at reception it self, lazy team co-ordination.

Spare parts Staff is good but technically weak. They dont know how much quantity of oil to be used.

They take very long time for everything

4-5yrs service expense cost almost 40% of your car value. Not recommending agency service.
